for the background, i created a rectangle and put the effect "Radial Waves" on it! this part is optional, but i set keyframes for its rotation so it could spin, and i also put keyframes for the Radial Wave's "wiggle" (you can find that feature under the "Radial Waves" effect too hopefully that made sense 😴
