I Found a NEW COMP and BROKE THE GAME! | Hearthstone Battlegrounds

- Training Certificate is both a Lesser trinket that doubles the stats of 2 lowest-attack minions at the start of the fight. Emerald Dreamcather sets all Dragons attack to the highest in the warband. This can already be confusing but if you add multiple golden Persistent Poets the way this works can be hard to explain. I wasn't able to figure out exactly how this works because it seems like the game got bugged and my Persistent Poets were getting way too much health. This was a very unique game with some surprising mechanics so make sure to watch until the end!

"You just don't understand me!"
Yup poet, youre right, i have no idea what the hells going on
Idk why but your confusion at the game mechanics made me laugh 😂
I think he was playing. He perfectly buffed all the other dragons to ensure that that poet got double stats each and every time.
1 minute into watching you for the first time. The quick edits, i love you, subbed. Some bg content i even skip combat because what interests me is the shop-desision making and strategy. You clip the star count and play the quick attack animation. Sub so hard
Check out ShadyBunny and Jeef as well 🤘
I feel like this build is much better just getting 2 or 3 infinite stat minions and then just protecting them with anti scam. It doesn’t scale your whole board very efficiently since its only the lowest attack
It does have divine shield tho, but I agree, I think just two golden tarecgosa or poets to scale early, into a board full of dragons with either divine shield or the reborn one, with a ton of taunts on anything but the high health minions would be optimal
The health increase isn't bugged. The lesser trinket doubles the attack AND health of the 2 lowest attack minions, so if your lowest attack minion has 2000 health, that health gets doubled to 4000. The higher attack dragons aren't recieving that health buff, though. Hope this clears it up for some people and correct me if i'm wrong
So, is it text bug from Blizzard? Because as i remember there is written only about attack
maybe you did it at another time, but around 11min you're buffin a low attack minion, since all your team will get to the highest, which is 718 i think it's a loss, but again as we all see, it's hard to get in what order all of this is executing sooo.. :D gg! As for why one drake get all the buff...i would say luck :D it could be any of them since all attacks are the same i believe.
i tried this comp the other day and failed miserably because i accidentally tripled poet before i played an eyes on it
The bug is possibly caused by the game not knowing what to do, when you have more than two distinctly "lower" stats, i.e., three or more creatures tied for the lowest amount of attack, in which case it prioritizes right most, which would explain why it had a lot of health but not as much (or not proportionally as much) attack.
That’s the most confusing build and game I’ve seen so far in this patch. That’s why I love to watch Jeef and Beter (two greatest players in US) just because those 2 will find some ridiculous thing during the season that nobody thought of or considered or even been introduced to. And thank god XQN is back to RUclips (just in case if not all of you noticed). His channel was dead for a while
7:37 very poetic indeed
Welp smuggler buffed the health initially and the lesser trinket doubles (4* with golden poet) it.
Shoulda sold the board and kept only both poets as soon as u had the greater trinket
ITS ROCKET SCIENCE
why is so difficult for you to understand what's going on? it's so clear to be honest
u know what does not makes sense u playing 15k mmr while not even knowing that the dragons double the given stats, when they are golden......
lmao wtf
Yulan would proc after you doubled the stats then a golden poet retained those stats then the next combat, your lowest attack poet got goldened after it's stats were doubled twice from being next to a golden poet.
I feel like Kevin Hart from 40 year old virgin... "Since I don't understand what's going on... Imma take it as disrespect!! Watch yo mouth!"
You know it’s a confusing game when you hit another poet and go “oh nooo” as you buy it lol
Training certificate doubles the stats (attack AND health) of the lowest attack minion by adding its original stats to itself. This buff is doubled by golden poet, so that makes the two lowest attack minions gain triple stats instead of double. This tripling applies to two units, usually the new poet plus one other, and the unit that gets the most of this effect ends up with "too much health."
Emerald Dreamcatcher sets all of the attacks to the highest attack by adding the difference in attack to itself, which is then doubled by golden poet. This causes the lowest attack minion to get twice the difference of your lowest and highest attack, making it much higher in attack than everything else already on the board.
Finally, the other buffs like Yulon and Amber take effect, and again they are doubled by poet.
Doesn't seem to be bugged in any way, though some of the earlier turns seem that way due to a confusing mix of golden and regular poets. The numbers match the expected behavior, assuming my interpretation of how the game implements the buffs is correct.
Actually it's not like that bcz in the end you see the atq double every turn, if you look at some of the earlier turns sometimes the health of a poet would triple but the atq double, sometimes the atq would be set to highest then double again when yulon buff applied at the same time, overall I think it was bugged bcz the buffs were not applying at the same time (setting before doubling sometimes, tripling then setting, etc) whether the poet near was golden or not (or one golden and one non golden adjacent) and whether it was getting other effects (yulon amber) or not, interesting comp, but there are no clear rules of what triggers first
@@alexsolo5252 how is that bugged? other interactions are random but not bugged
And the winning Poet about whose health he kept wonndering got so beefy because he played that one fellblood, giving it +health, which started doubling/trippling super early, growing exponentially
However, I don't understand why the attack gained from emerald.kirw doesnt get doubled 12:53
@@alexsolo5252 atq is a warcrime
This is peak hearthstone BG gameplay.
You are one of the best BG player out there. First time seeing this build execution
I clicked off after reading your comment, and glanced at your name. Had to come back because I thought it was something like "poetjammer####" and i was like no wonder he loves the vid
is 7.5k rating a good rating for f2p account? it's just every time i see a bg video everyone has like 10-15k
7.5 is really good, prolly around top 1% it's just that the guys most people watch are just that insane
This dude reminds me so much of Futurecanoe with his confusion it’s so funny
I got that first trinket too some days ago! And just relised that i just need two of the blue 3 tier dragon, and i got it up to like 62k, my secound trinket was summon two copies so yeah, 4 dragons with 62k aint bad 😂
I've done this but with Voljin as a hero. Absolutely busted only 2 golden poets and nothing else. They share their atk each turn Start of combat it gets doubled then the greater trinket equalizes the health. Buy all scam units and keep them in hand
This trinkets are bugged i got the same comp and it stops buffing after reach 417 dmg i dont know why
The poet got all that extra health from smuggler procs, which were then tripled many times over throughout the game.
Sorry beter but I ran this comp back in ‘03
Bob: How many poets do u want?
Beter: yes
Dang it I just got that trinket this evening and it's suck so bad because it won't set the attack as it says i got 3 poet and it lend me on 8th placement 😂
I think it's not bugged.
For example turn 9 fight:
The order seems to be:
1. Yu'lon
2. Double stats
3. Set dragons attack to the highest in your warband
This explains 60 health on poet and probably the other stuff later on too. Didnt think about it though.
Super cool, from what I can tell the golden Poets are tripling the heal of any minion hit with Training Certificate. I guess the attack and health buff are applied separately and Poet only doubles the last part. While tripling the att and health of any minion being turned golden while next to a golden Poet. The health coming from Training Certificate and the triple att coming from Emerald Dreamcatcher reapplying the buff after the minion becomes Golden from Yu'lon. Which might be the real bug here. With that in mind it would have been better to buy a new minion to become golden every turn. This way you would have scaled attack 3x every turn instead of 2x at the end. Either way awesome find.
One golden poet doubles stats from combat; now if the dragon is between two golden poets, because you have the trinket, doubles its stats three times
My best guess is that the relics choose their targets first, then training certificate buffs 1, then emerald dreamcatcher goes, then training certificate finishes.
Considering that they have their attack power set to the highest number, isnt it better to just boost the stronger one?
now this is gaming
hell yeah
Can somebody actually explain, what happend here.
His trinket doubles the stats of 2 lowest-atack minions. Golden poet triples they instead.
@@TheUtiputi golden poet actually quadruples, cus its double twice
really not sure how this bug even begins to work... nothing in this synergy has to do with health so why would it keep doubling the health? so weird
It does, first trinket double "stats" (health and attack) of the 2 lowest attack minions. 👍🏻
@@DeikanYT oh wow thats way more busted than i thought... thought it was just attack on the first one as well omg
lesser trinket has to do with health, read its text again
nice job for being so confused. one little optimization would be on that one turn you were randomly buffing cards on your board, putting all of the buffs on one poet is better since they are all going to copy the highest health card anyways. 'I would've also at least had one card on there to buff the other cards for a little more damage and health buffs each turn.
They spread the buffs to guarantee the stat double landed on the highest health poet
@@cheezuschrist588 highest health poet always gets the stat buff if all minions get the stats of highest attack minion. All minions will get the same attack buff. I could understand if it was health buffs to adjust for the other trinket, but if you are worried about highest health poet, it’s just getting the one buff.
The two lowest attack minions get their stats doubled by his first trinket, then all dragons have their attack reset to the highest by the second. Stat changes are doubled by the poets, so he was getting 4x health on his two lowest attack dragons. He could have controlled which dragons grew healthwise by ensuring that he buffed the attack of the other 3-5 dragons he had in play
Something is defiantly bugged here. But I have never seen such a strong dragon board.
Strong dragon board are rare to see since dragons are suck
Add me on genshin impact
7:40 pls say me name piano music
14:27 can someone explain to me why tf he had to buy this deepblue? Wtf im so lost
I think to make sure the big dragon had the lowest attack
His first trinket doubles the stats of the 2 lowest attack minions. The poet made them retain it. His 2nd trinket made all his dragons gain the highest attack and poets made them all retain the combat buffs. Buying the deepblue allowed him to make sure his huge health poet had one of the 2 lowest attacks so its stats would double at the start of combat.
