Pumpkin Seed Oil Works! An old deacon had Prostate issues. You could tell from his leaky smells. I had bought the Pumpkin Seed Oil for my brother, but he claimed (my brother)that he didn’t need it. So I gave the bottle to the old deacon, and it help him so much that the Church bus driver notice a difference in his smell when he picked him up!

It seems to me that physicians (medical doctors) today on youtube are being split or choosing either camp keto-diet or camp vegan. There is not denying that any food that elevates your sugar level whether is plant-based or meat or processed-carbs. If it ends up being sugar, it is going to be worse for cancer patients.

As a European Trained Naturopathic Physician I would add specific tissue drainage therapies and activate adult stem cells for regeneration. Heavy metals and low grade fungal infections must be removed as a source of inflammation. There is always a reason for inflammation.

    My list to prevent PC:
Vitamins: D3, K2 plus some A and E from real food. Minerals: magnesium, iodine, selenium, boron, zinc/copper.
My omega 6:3 ratio is below 2! (weekly herrings+ 1 can cod liver in its own oil and every day a few fish oil capsules with high EPA + DHA)
You may want to use turmeric, berries, pumpkin seeds.
Avoid too much sugar, refined carbs. I do not use refined seed (vegetable) oils like sunflower, canola, safflower etc and margarine. I avoid almost all packaged food. Too bad I love the 🍷and 🍺!

And no, i wasn’t in a hurry to hear your recommendations, the bg to those recommendations was priceless, the push pull, the cpmplete package, etc. Here are my questions. What about Chaga mushroom made as a tea? What about Amla powder, not Amla in the form of Chawanprash? Chawanprash contains a lot of jaggery, brown sugar which feels inflammatory after I eat it. Last inquiry is about Rishi mushroom. How to extract it? Is it necessary to drink an alcohol based tincture? I believe my nightly RISHI fix is what may have brought the cancer on. (I extracted it with high proof vodka. Thank you again for your service and expertise.

I'm 58 years old and started taking NMN about 18 months ago. I've been taking supplements for most of my adult life and none have even come close to having the impact of NMN. My energy level increased dramatically and quickly! However, about a month ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, localized, gleason 4+3, PSA is 4.2. Since the diagnoses I have stopped taking NMN as there are some reports that it could accelerate cancer grown. I've also looked into SIRT6 and found articles that indicate that too may speed cancer. Anyone have any information on these 2 otherwise wonderful anti-aging supplements? I didn't find much on the webs regarding these and prostate cancer.

I do try to read scientific studies before adding any supplements and I find evidence in studies that many aid Apoptosis. My Oncologist says that boosting Apoptosis has minimal effect, but I figure it probably helps a little. How about Dietary changes such as eating less red meat, eating more tomatoes, and drinking green tea? From my experience, I was taking Fisetin, which is poorly absorbed, but switched to a claimed "lyposomal fisetin", and my next PSA dropped from 6 to 4 in 3 months, which might or might not have been related.

Yes very helpful. The isolation problem is something I wasn’t fully aware of. In the past I’ve heard the same thing about recreational drugs that are or can be isolated from the original plants and the same rule apply. Yet if it wasn’t in an isolated environment, then the effect can be less problematic. Yet some of the other compounds found in various plants can be deadly, or at least problematic, exists . So I pay attention to these ideas . And have become wary of the use of these substances in that unpleasant or dangerous side effects causes me to reconsider my approach to taking supplements for various purposes based on the opinions of doctors…or researched facts . Sometimes it’s a flop other times a significant change for the better. So where do find any pages of information that is available anytime.
