That’s very interesting, switching an industry with large road units! The siding trackage looked very iffy, if it can support those two units it can support anything! Great work!🇺🇸
@@ScottTaipaleRail Maybe less so than I thought while I was watching it. Around 4:15 and 5:00, it might've been better to blow out more of the sky, rather than having the subject so dark, though shooting a black locomotive under bright cloud is always going to require some kind of compromise. 8:45 - 9:05 is dark, and the opening and closing trestle scenes look about half a stop to a stop under-exposed -- even the brightest white tank cars are only at about 85-90% intensity.
That filtered light was terrible to work with, especially with the line being direct west and the sun setting slightly NW. By the time we got the the last trestle the valley was in shade. I should have gone down lower the camera wouldn’t have been light confused.
Great videos. The drone videos are spectacular. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Awesome video, Scott. 👊🏼😎
Thank you Drew
