Working from home is soo hard! I checked my steps and I had worked my shift sorted kids out and only done 4K steps. Sometimes it’s impossible to do a full blown workout and get steps in everyday! We have good intentions lol x

I know I need to get my Apple Watch on so I’m aware of how little I’m moving and it might make me do something about it 😂 If I only walk Connie for half an hour and work from home I’m under 5k most days! xx

Hi Helen,
As far as S/ W is concerned i think its always better half pound off than half pound on , it's about getting in that frame of mind where you'll be 100% on plan get good result then you don't want to spoil the good you've done, if that makes sense ,

Thank you I filmed this last week so I’ve weighed since and lost 1.5lbs so a bit better ❤️❤️ thanks so much cashmere the colour of the units and the top is white marble but it’s not quartz it’s called Mirostone and it’s stains really easily xxx.

Hi keep going with slimming world I had my 4th weigh in and lost a pound so I have lost 2.5 in total but I’m happy as I’m at the other end of menopause and my god my tummy has gone down I feel so much better just cutting out the rubbish it’s Gona take me a while but I’ll get there lol. Oh and Lilly’s are highly toxic to cats so be careful. Xx
