@@balachandrap8450 no need to tell rep about your internal rejections, are just to analysis for your self. If found rejection from our side it is better to close scenario without call. If no rejections found from our side but still policy active, then call to payer and probe accordingly. Get & verify details with rep on call...As payer id, mailing address, policy effective details, claims submission Tfl , fax, then rebill.
