Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2015 and have been struggling with not only the physical changes I've had to endure, but the emotional as well I've been looking for some peaceful music to meditate and relieve me of the stress this disease has brought into my life. Wow! How can I describe the eloquently soothing sounds of the harp melodies? Deaf people like myself can visualize what harp music transpires to the soul in a relaxing atmosphere. It can be felt with hands on the speakers to feel the softness of the vibration and the flow of moving hands (sign language) ... very refreshing. Thank you Soothing Relaxation for the posting. Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. Knowing that I can come here and openly express myself and see others doing the same gives me hope that the world will indeed be a better place but it starts with us. We have to set an example for others and I know we can do it. Peace and Love to ALL OF YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE.
When my doggie feels anxious, and sometimes just because, I play this for him. I am reading the book, 'Through a Dog's Ear,' and it talks about the kinds of music that have been proven to promote calmness. "Solo instruments, slower tempos, and less complex arrangements..." 60 bpm qualifies as a slower tempo, btw. Psychoacoustically-arranged music calmed 70% of dogs displaying anxiety behaviors, such as fireworks, other dogs or children, visitors in the home, thunderstorms, car rides, separation anxiety, and excessive need for attention.

People say they sleep and it is boring, that's because they are not used to music with a complicated structure, which is not as digestible as today's music. Unfortunately we used to simple rhythms and melodies. He doesn't create people who don't like the genre, it's simply that his brain isn't prepared or familiar to decode, rather than process all of the information this music contains. Because thousands of things happen in our brains when we listen to it, really shocking things. It's never too late to enjoy this wonderful art! Congratulations!

I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. I am reading the book, 'Through a Dog's Ear,' and it talks about the kinds of music that have been proven to promote calmness. "Solo instruments, slower tempos, and less complex arrangements..." 60 bpm qualifies as a slower tempo, btw. Psychoacoustically-arranged music calmed 70% of dogs displaying anxiety behaviors, such as fireworks, other dogs or children, visitors in the home, thunderstorms, car rides, separation anxiety, and excessive need for attention.

Every morning I play this for my dogs. We rescued them from the woods and so the mom dog has alot of fears and anxieties and this calms her.

People say they sleep and it is boring, that's because they are not used to music with a complicated structure, which is not as digestible as today's music. Unfortunately we used to simple rhythms and melodies. He doesn't create people who don't like the genre, it's simply that his brain isn't prepared or familiar to decode, rather than process all of the information this music contains. Because thousands of things happen in our brains when we listen to it, really shocking things. It's never too late to enjoy this wonderful art! Congratulations!
