I’m so sorry. I’m 65. I’m a mother. I followed the Bee Gees through the 70s. Also Karen Carpenter. Karen was 32 when she passed. Such a terrible loss. 😢 Andy, was 30 another terrible loss. I lost my daughter and she was 34 to substance abuse. She was multitalented my only child in cases like this you can only cope. The song that comes to mind, is the song from the Bee Gees, how can you mend a broken heart? 💔 All these losses and more, are terrible. Your heart is never truly whole again. I'm 65, also. I lost my older son when he was 26 to substance abuse. {{{hugs}}} It's very true about getting by day by date. But that raw spot where they were never really heals, it just gets easier to cope with. I lost my husband of 21 years a little over a year ago. I wish the very best for you.
Just watched the documentary The Bee Gees: Andy -- this song will forever make me sad. We lost 3 terrific men who were the songwriters and producers of a wonderful age of music. Love their music from 1967 through today.
