I think when you hook up the ballast you should make it to where the tanks are controlled separately, that way you can fix the listing issue on the go if it becomes a larger problem with nets being added. As for the nets, N cognito made a video where he kinda showed off his nets system that worked well. The only issue with it was that the fish wouldn’t all go in the hopper, but I’m sure you can figure out a good system!

The empty space at the back can be used as makeshift tank for fuel or something else in case you need to fuel up something? Could be neat for recovering vehicle.
The water with the door comes from the stairway down, stormworks needs a closed compartment if water physics Are gonna aply to it. By having the open way down from the deck stormworks just thinks it is a part Connected to the ocean. To fix it you could move the door higher or have the door at the top of the staircase Ps. You can use the back space as a fish storage if this was gonna be a fishing boat
Gonna go ahead and say I enjoy your content a lot more than Frantic's. Your narration, voice, mannerisms, and the way your brain works is generally a lot more tolerable. Not hating on Frantic, he's a good "bloke" as you guys across the pond say, just being honest.

I like the idea of a fuel storage tank. Maybe could hold fuel and a bunch of recovery gear!
Listing is a bug also the water. Btw u can always change the balast tanks to fuel for fuel runs
