Thanks, never knew about that diff lock handbrake trick. We have a 2017 model, and I don't know what we would do without it! I put a Piranha tooth bar on the loader bucket, and it just grabs onto and pulls up all those pesky invasive pepper trees that spring-up around here and also scrapes grass up if I don't wanna bother to hook up the box scraper because I usually have a mower on the back.
Excellent review. I've been watching many reviews and it seems like everyone likes the 3025e. As you and others have stated, the tractor does have it's limitations. You don't buy this size tractor to farm 300 acres. I'm getting mine next week, can't wait.
Great video, thanks for the review. I'm looking at these 3025E tractors myself, to replace the 1025R we have now. You mentioned about having a little more horsepower. The only negative I can see with going to a 3032E or 3038E is that you now have DPF to deal with and all its regen hassles. I had a tractor previous with DPF and I said never again. Keep the videos coming. Looking forward to your video about adding the work lights.
I have since sold this one. It is a great tractor but just wasn’t enough for my business. I will be doing a review on the new one in the next little bit.
Nice job for really going over the good and bad from living with the machine. After driving a 1025R and looking at Kubota B2601 and B2650, the 3025E is looking pretty good. Better weight, a trade-off on price vs. HP and a better trade-off on loader capacity for the price (when you think about another $4K or more for higher end loaders in Deere line up. Hmm...
I cant bring my self to own a Kubota tractor. My feet don’t like their pedals. They are good machines just not fit for me. I have sold the 3025e and went to a 2038R. A lot more comfort features that make the long days less painful.
Great review of the 3025E. I have one on order. However, I won't be getting the front loader. I'll be getting 2 rear spool valves instead. Might even post a review myself when the time comes 🙂
@@BBLandServices I have a small side business doing gardening & landscaping services. The tractor will be coming equipped with a verge / flail mower which requires 2 double acting spool valves. I'll also be getting a rotary tiller (named a rotavator here in Ireland) with it which will make things easier for the vegetable growing I do.
Thank you for such a thorough review. By far the best one on the internet. If you get the chance, could you make a video discussing fuel consumption, especially while using the PTO? I am interested in a 3025. Thanks!
Do you know if the Transmission /Hydraulic oil & filter should be replace at 50 hours or not on the 3025E. I have hear different views on that by owners and dealers.
Nice video! I’ve got the same year and model. I noticed your coolant resivor is almost empty. Mine looks the same. I’ll fill it up to the designated fill line but after a while always seems to get emptied. Have you ever ran into this issue?
@@BBLandServices I've got 80 acreas I bought . It's mostly planted pines with roads that are in great shape. I believe this tractor will be perfect. Mostly for bushhogging between pines and road maintenance.
Did you ever get the armrests? If so could you share the part number for Amazon? My wife and I just ordered a 3025e and she really wants a pair. Great video!
@@BBLandServices Any particular reason you sold the 3025e? Just wanted to step up to an R series? I'm having second thoughts about the 3025, we haven't even taken delivery yet and I'm afraid we made a bad choice...
I had a 2018 1025r and traded at 150hrs in 2019 for a 3032e loader backhoe, i severely regret it. I thought i was going up in power and size, size yes, power to wheels, no. Even if I take the backhoe off, the tractor still cant make it up the hill in full throttle without it bogging the engine down. That was right when i took it home. Never test drove it, or any others. Just based my decision off of assumptions. Its currently in shop at 40 hrs to see if they can improve the power to the wheels after i finally got fed up with it.
RickyBobby ShakeandBake I hate to hear that. Sounds to me like something is wrong. I live in the mountains and I can cruise around my property which is very hilly at an idle speed in low gear. In high I have to give it a little throttle but only a couple hundred RPM. My book did not recommend a and 50hr filter or fluid changes. I started noticing it being real sluggish. Talked to my dealer and their computer shows a hydraulic filters to be changed at the first 50 and then every 400. I’m at 80 hours now and I’m about to install a 3rd function kit and going to change everything when I break it down to do that. Hopefully a service will help you on your issue.
Very informative, thanks. I just left a dealer and i am waiting on them to see what kinda deal they are going to give me. Only difference is I don’t like the hydrostatic transmission and want the traditional style. How much is reasonable to give for such?

I love mine just hit 150 hours. Use it for fire wood and drive way repair.

Just bought the 3025 today. Thank you for a very informative video, very helpful looking forward to further updates.

I couldn’t imagine not having a front loader. But each has their own needs. What you plan on using the rear SCVs for?

If I added more it would go somewhere and be back to this level. Never ran hot tho. Guess it’s just the design.
Oh man, I hope you bought iMatch quick hitch since this video. It is a life saver when hooking up multiple 3 pt hitch attachments.
Got the telescoping lift arms.
Thanks for your video. Bought a 3025e today, my first tractor purchase. Oh, and my family is from Suches. Maybe we'll run into you in N. Ga sometime.
You are welcome. It’s a possibility. I live in Blairsville. Born and raised here.

Fellow traveling man, ( noticed the G ) I stumbled on your video getting ready to buy the same tractor u have.
Good eye. Well same one I use to have. I sold it and got a 2038r now.

As long as you don’t let it get too tall the 3025e will be great for sure.

Yes the R are way more comfortable to operate all day and I needed more HP. The large frame 2r are the same size as the 3e’s.

I’m not sure the current prices. I paid $18.5k for my 3025E. If you want gear drive look at the 3025D it is a gear drive transmission.
A Guy With A Tractor did yours come w/ any attachments?
Revout30 I bought a rotary cutter with it but the $18.5 was just the tractor.
Your sound is awful 😢
Thanks for the input
