TECHNICALLY, the beacons in the wells aren't wet. There's a pressure plate there that stops the water from touching it before it disappears. You're welcome.
I suggest making a enchanting station where there is lapis as well as villager that trades you exp bottles and bookshelves and wood and stone tools so if you have a bad enchantment set for a tool you can enchant a bad tool with it to refresh the enchants. Overall it is very good!! :)
