    I sharpen at whatever the factory angle is. I don’t take the time to figure out what it is though.
    Didn’t know they made abrasive tapes for that thing, very nice!

    Ya gotta double angle sharpen. First at 15ish degrees, then 25. Makes a much more durable but sharp edge.

    Lansky has made a more primitive version of that sharpener for years
