Thx for this video - today, I did not change just the belt but also the M3 screw, which secures the left tip of the encoder strip. I trusted that there was a corresponding thread behind a 13 mm width across flats. Unfortunately, the assumption was wrong - Knaaack!
@@chaiyapornsribuabal978 I just replaced on a L110mine using this video. I just aligned my new belt to the old one making sure the metal coupler was in the exact same place. I didn't take apart the left side because I could reach the gear. Turned on the machine and didn't have to do anything else.
Please do another video next time you replace a belt using a different camera person. Who ever recorded this video probably had so attention disorder or clueless
What he don't show or tell you is that it takes two people to put the encoder strip back on and the spring tensioner only goes on one way. there is a slight offset with the screw hole. So when you have the carriage upside down putting the belt on, the tensioner spring must be facing down so when you flip it over you'll be able to see the spring open side. Still thanks for posting this video, It did help!
I accomplish the encoder strip alone, just let the right side metal piece loose without the screws just the strip screw few turns to hold it, install the tensioner on the left side, then tight the metal piece on the right side and is done u can now tight well the little screw to make tension on the encoder strip.
Thanks for showing the order of the parts needed to be adjusted, cleared or removed before the belt repair is made. During the video the print heads were removed. After the encoder strip was put back, that was the end of the video. Is there a specific procedure in putting the print heads back into the carriage?
Not really, just put them back on in the same order, after having put the carriage all together again; no need to run any calibrations. I did a printhead status plot just to make sure. In the service manual it asks to reset the belt cycles from the life counter. I just did the whole thing and this video, even though not perfect from a photographic point of view, really helped in the more critical parts.
@@hannybasso7047 Thanks, I did just pop them in and the printhead cleaning cycle ran a few times on startup. I can tell my printer dealer that an un-authorized technician handled the job just fine! Without the video I may not have tryed to make the repair.
can you tell me what type of fabric is used in the L330 printhead maintenance cartridge? I would like to change only the tissue and reuse the cartridge again
Raphael Philip Do you have a similar video for the L25500. I need to know how to separate the ink lines from the printhead carriage. This is where I am stuck. Thank you
Hi, sorry for late reply. I suggest to clean both rail(upper and lower). Normally we are using HP lubricant oil. You can try to use a similar oil if you don't have HP oil for the meantime.
Hi Dear, First of all I want to thank you for the videos, its really helpful. I have a hp latex 360 and getting the error 16.42:10 Module 2 ( right to left) faulty or not connected . Line # 1403 . I was wondering if you know what is the part number or any suggestions. I would appreciate. Thanks
Hi, 42:10 error is related with the scan axis motor. You can order this in one of your hp support provider in your area. But first try to clean the carriage rod and lubricate it with oil.
Hello, i have change the belt but i have recived error 86:01 - and the ink cartige colector ejecting him self? if it is posible can you give me a hint?
dude, if you are going to video this, please be more steady with your camera, show relevant video like what he is actually working on instead of the front screen and his arms/hands for example, and add some commentary..... in another words make it professional!
This video does not show anything wort mentioning. It is the worst video I have haver seen. You can't see were he is losing all the screws and how he is putting on the tension belt back in the bottom of the Carriage Assy
HP 365 here. Definitely helped seeing how to take off the head for our snapped belt. Thank you!!!!
Not the best camera man , but good enough to help me repair my hp110. Really appreciate it 🙏

Great Video, I replaced my HP 360 belt myself with a new belt and pulley from eBay for just $165 - Thank you
Hello guy, pls you help me something. Is there parameter to be set after finish replacement? Or it can be used immediately? Thank you very much.

How far apart do we space the metals on the belt so the cartridge moves and does not get jammed in placed?
Look under the carriage you will find a label or sign where to keep the belt metal joint.
정말 감사합니다 많은 도움이 되었습니다.
Greetings am from Zambia looking for a belt for z6200 designjet machine or any recommendations where I can buy
Hi ! your videos are very good. I ask you. What to use to lubricate the rail? or what do you do that does not sound a squeak?

1- How to clean hp latex 381 printheads manually?
2- how to repair them?
3- how to keep them well?
Any manual or video?
Thank you so much.

Need a better camera guy! Can’t see 70% of what he’s doing, and 20% is of the floor and somewhere else, 10% guessing what your doing! 🤷♂️
