A friend of my dad had a 1949 Willys Overland station wagon. It was the same color as yours with the "wicker" applique on the inset panels. The engine was the "Go-Devil" flat head 4, 2 wheel drive 3-speed "on the tree". He had it parked on his driveway for years. I wanted to buy it at one time, but he sold it. I was only 14 years old.
My parents had one just about the exact same color, but it was only rear wheel drive. This brings back real memories. Just beautiful. As asked by others, have you sold it? I think that F head engine was almost indestructible. Thanks for sharing.
Such a nice Wagoner and in pristine condition! I had a ‘59 that was dark blue and white, it had a factory six cylinder in it that said Hurricane Six on the head. I’m so mad at myself for getting rid of it , 47 years ago.

Stunning vehicle. Thanks for sharing.
I'd have that in a heartbeat. Basic uncomplicated transportation.
That is unbelievable! That is the cleanest Willys I’ve ever seen!

My Uncle John and Cousin use to pick me up in a Wagon like this and take me to School every morning in the School Year 1965 to 1966
What a cool find.
Very nice wagon
Sounds like a belt flapping. Nice wagon.
Sticking valve or a dead plug , it's one nice survivor
Yes, should run much quieter, but won’t take much to get it there.
Everyones dad was cutting these up, repainting them, swapping them on old blazer frames in the 1980s.
THE TRUCK IS AS OLD AS ME 70 + YEARS /
