The manager in the first story is a dream manager to work for. A+++ treatment of staff, I hope he still has his job, he was perfectly justified in slapping her for spitting in his face, spitting is assault, he was simply defending himself.
The last story scared me the most, it's the fact that it probably happens all the time and that the children don't even know what's going on, it's sick.
