Jon looked disturbed when doing restaurant cooking… unhappy. Who knows really why he quit. Stress effects people differently, some thrive and some wilt.
@@loriegosnell9355 that's a very kind way of thinking. We are all good at something, some may be the best at something until they are on a public stage and it all falls apart. We don't know how we are going to react until we are doing it.
People and their horseradish pomme puree (mashed potatoes). So unnecessary. Standard rich mash can be upscale. It's bitterness. WHYYYY would you do that to perfectly good mash? I tried it once when I worked in a restaurant. That's a fuck no for me Gregg.
Why are they cooking for these really sad people. Life is far too short to be that sad. English class system/society. Needs radical change.
