Please let us know which one LaRR is Applicable if land Acquired under 1894 in the year 1973 in haryana after depositing the Compensation in Treasury.

If" retrospectives effect" clause is mentioned in land acqusion Act of, your state, then your state act will
apply in your case, otherwise act of 1894 will be applicable.

If your appeal is pending before supreme court in same matter, than you would not allowed to file fresh suit.

25(3) may exceed the amount awarded by collector.... Ka کیا مطلب ہے sir??

Some time the land owner demands more amount than market rate from collector, for such amount, according to collector he is not entitle. However some times it is awarded with condition of bond to be deposited before collector, till the decision of court on reference.

If government has already paid the price of land, than no excuse is there, if you did receive nothing, than you claim back your land.
