Thanks, this will help, after my surgery my leg was very bad balance and I had forgotten what the therapist had told me so I looked this up to make sure I was doing it right! This helped alot
Get a little stool that is sturdy. Step on it with 1 leg and extend the other leg behind you as straight as possible. Bend the knee slowly and try to reach the ground. Can use a wall or counter for balance progression. Eventually the knee gets more range of motion and can touch the ground with your hand
Hi Karan, It can help to some degree since it is working on stability and strength of the muscles that stabilize the foot. However there are many factors that contribute to overpronation. If you over pronate, I recommend finding a good Physical Therapist in your area who treats the foot & ankle.

My queries are how to tie 1 bottle on the foot
Should there be a slight bend? Was told to keep leg straight.
I've heard keep a slight bend. it may not be noticeable. but someone has said it helps protect stress on the knee
