@methonyHolmes-e8p I was not happy with both Bush administrations. When the GOP supported Jeb Bush and did everything to make sure that the GOP would not be supporting Mr. Trump and his efforts to be the President in 2016. Bush turned into an Independent. When McCain aka McNuts was running for President, he wanted to start a war with Russia. Obama offered the American people health care. Who would you vote for in that election. The Democrats are never good at running the government. Every Democrat President has left the people in despair through theft of assets, fraud, mismanagement, and a host of other issues involving other countries as well. Our leadership has been deplorable and not the people. President Trump has big problems fixing the mess left by the Biden administration. I pray that his administration is better suited for the world and not just the United States.

Our whole judiciary has become corrupted beyond any Constitutional recognition and should be entirely dismantled. This all started with feminism, then multiculturalism, then anti-Whitism and systemic discrimination of White people.
I have the opposite remedy for this issue. We need a law that requires all taxpayer funded cameras that are not located in secure environments to provide their footage and data to the public. When everyone can see this data and use it to track government employees and politicians, they won't want these cameras anymore.
Must be no exceptions try using the public records act in the state of California. They have listed so many exemptions and they can exempt anything for any reason I dare you to try to get everything anywhere you get redacted stuff that is just a piece of paper that got black all over itfor now should be in court and they should be running and live streamed 24 seven no exceptions. That’s the problem no exceptions.
@Ginger-g8j I agree with that. It must be absolute. In addition, if the camera operators have to supply their data to everyone, they can't monetize it, so they have no incentive to put up the cameras.
If the public kept their selves properly informed and read the awful reason why any of these unconstitutional cameras have been upheld. They the public would know the so-called judge she had no real reason but plain made-up stupidity. That should sink in the minds of the public. 🤦🏽♂️
It's a danger to children and adults. One of the two doesn't have the ability to consent. However, adults can still not consent to it as well. All sorts of rights are being violated.
It’s been happening for a long time. Cops come in and take the children and the Judge of the court gives them to a different family or puts them in the system. It happens a lot with the black community and to the Hispanic community.
My beefs with the red light and speed cameras: - The citation is sent to the owner of the car, not necessarily the driver. - The false positives are still way too high for the technology to be the arbiter of law. - When you go to contest the citation, you cannot question the camera or the (often foreign, at least distant) company, employee or algorithm that processed the citation. - Some evidence has shown that yellow lights have been shortened to increase the number of red light citations. - The companies have a vested interest in matching the citations to a vehicle owner, so much so that there are many documented cases of people who have never been at that location are sent the citation, because some algorithm poorly matched the fuzzy data in the image to their car. - The entire idea is about profit, not enforcement or safety, as is claimed.
The number of people who are completely fine with living in a police/surveillance state is insane. The entire coast has been quietly installing these systems for some time now. Perhaps we also need to have a conversation about the ridiculous increase in unmarked vehicles and ghost lettering usage on the coast. It's getting to a point unmarked vehicles are more common then marked. Ie no longer for public safety/ Road Pirates.
And those of us you do we get buried somewhere whether it’s in a prison or so far deep in debt or mental health is destroyed. Our physical health is destroyed and basically no one believes us. I had this conversation with My Sister earlier today. She didn’t believe the things I was telling her even though there’s a video to prove it, she the cops are the good guys she flies their flag
The problem is, you step foot out of your domicile, you are no longer “in private”. Other pause for concern…FedEx partnering with governmental agencies for full access to its vehicle cameras
Not mine. There's no law that says you have to provide a name to get a cell phone. On android phones under developer tools there's an option to turn off all sensors, enabling this creates a button in the pull down menu to easily toggle on and off.

Fun fact. The police or anyone can stand on the street and video your house all day without a warrant. It's called the 1st Amendment. Also they don't need a warrant to search trash you put out on the curb
@@SgtJoeSmith whoa back sergeant. Theres caveats. In general, law enforcement can search through trash left out for collection without a warrant (New York State), however: -trash at curb Courts have ruled that people don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their trash once it's been put out for collection. This is because the trash is considered "abandoned" and in "public view". -Trash in curtilage Police can't search trash that's still in the curtilage, or surrounding area, of your home. This includes trash bins kept behind an enclosure or right next to your house (Source: AI, Big G)
Same here. And when you have massive corruption with the Sheriff, who is featured in our community newspaper as well as buddies with HOA/CDD, you realize how dangerous this is. Innocent people are being stalked by the very people paid with our tax dollars to protect us. There is no one to call for help.
Well, my first suggestion would be never ever ever live in a place with an HOA what you didn’t have enough government again with you to pay another one how stupid can you be? There’s plenty of places to live out there even if it’s in a cardboard box.
I heard the explanation and I understand it, but I will still never believe that red light cameras and speed cameras are constitutional. The assumption of guilt, the inability to challenge it in court, the inability to confront your accuser, the perception of just being a revenue generator, etc., separate the camera from an officer on the corner.

I've been waiting for this channel to publish on this!!! In a matter of a couple months i've seen cameras popup literally EVERYWHERE in and around where i live. It angers me at the absurd level of surveillance. makes me want to become a lawyer to fight against this!
These cameras are outside of EVERY Home Depot in my area. Until recently I was wondering why so many cars now have tinted license plate covers. It makes sense now.
My first thought is that the cameras can track you from point A, to point B, to point C, but AI can also determine the time from one point to another. If you exceed a normal time allotment between point B and C, and the police know of a bank robbery somewhere in the point B to C area that can make you a suspect due to the fact that you must have stopped somewhere along the way and what were you doing?
They used cops before FLOCK cameras, they would post up in mall/ shopping center parking lots record license plates numbers and take them back to the station and then run them for violations.
I can tell you for a fact that there are non law enforcement officials that have access to these camera systems as well as private businesses that are giving law enforcement access to them.
Judges don't do their jobs under the 4th Amendment; they sign whatever is put in front of them. How many times have you ever heard of a judge declining a warrant?

If the people can't track members of the legal society, the legal society doesn't have the authority to track the people.
@Ginger-g8j I agree with that. It must be absolute. In addition, if the camera operators have to supply their data to everyone, they can't monetize it, so they have no incentive to put up the cameras.

"Show me the "man" and I'll find the crime"...
My beefs with the red light and speed cameras:
- The citation is sent to the owner of the car, not necessarily the driver.
Arizona state law mandates that yellow lights be at least 2 seconds long.
Indeed. In Michigan state troopers receuve a commission for every speeding ticket. Of course they use radar
Lubbock Texas had many issues with the cameras and ended up disabling most.
