The carriage looks awesome. You should put the coffin “falling” out the back and the lid open enough to see another skeleton inside, assuming you have another skeleton and the lid opens. I honestly can’t remember how you made it.

You can use 1/2 ridged foam to make the coffin out of, it's like and inexpensive. Just get the proper adhesive to hold it together. Don't use the white foam, that breaks down into little white balls, that won't look like wood; but rather the pink or green foam that's solid. If done right you might get away with a single piece but more like 2 4'x8' at the most.
