No lies told in this video bro, I have gone through all that you said and I’m still standing but this is definitely not for the faint of heart!

You become a victim of the tow truck, repair shop, and DOT. They have no mercy! Every dime you make, they will take it all and more.

Shid last year abt took me out the game. $25k in repairs and renting a truck to try to stay a float. I feel I still haven’t shook all the back. They better stay company if they can

Single truck owner operator you HAVE to be able to do some fairly complex repairs yourself. Having a welder with me has saved me a dozen times.

The biggest problem is they don't have enough cash to float them or they buy too much truck.

My truck is parked, I went through this after driving 14 years and swearing I wouldn't buy a truck..Rates went through the roof I was offered a good affordable truck with no money out my pocket..(Rent to Roll).. I didn't even miss the payments coming out my settlements $4000- $8000k a week steady for 2.5 years...payed truck off got title at the end of October 2022...That month I saw rates drop DRASTICALLY..I thought of the 2008 housing crash and said to myself that's about to happen in Trucking..Now my truck is a self storage ornament $535 a month I pay...SMH...the money I saved didn't goto repairs thank God but a dam Storage Unit...$10,000 so far but I right it off on Taxes...I'm currently driving for a good company, Good pay to where I don't even want to lease on to no one at this point....Single owner opp is so over rated unless your heavy hall ,hauling direct freight..if you chase broker freight you'll go broke yourself PERIOD!!!!!

@TruckingandLife ,much respect, Thanks...I'm still learning, it's definitely sad to see the old way of trucking is long gone. Integrity is being lost as each ol' schooler retires...nowadays to be slightly successful at this game you've gotta treat it similar to day trading..Get in when it's good and out when it starts eating at the gains you've made..PUMP&DUMP
