ᴴᴰ R160 M Train via the J Line - To Jamaica Center Announcements - Via 63 St / Jamaica Avenue

- Here is the Automated Announcements recorded off a Jamaica Center Bound M Train. From Forest Hills in Queens, it is rerouted via the F Line on the 63 Street Line before resuming normal Local stops along 6 Avenue line and the Broadway El in Brooklyn. It is then rerouted again via the J line all the way to Jamaica Center (Lower Level) in Queens. Quite a long trip it makes a stop at both Woodhaven Blvd Stops (the Subway & the El Stop). Unfortunately there are no transfer announcements programmed for it After Myrtle Avenue - Broadway. Includes the New M14 Select Bus Service transfers in Manhattan. The Weekday version of this also doesnt mention the B91A Williamsburg Link Bus or the Free G Train transfer at Hewes St.
From Forest Hills/71 Avenue in Queens to Jamaica Center (Lower Level) via Queens Blvd Local / via 63 St (F Line) / via 6 Avenue Local / via Broadway - Brooklyn Local / via Jamaica Local.

Imagine if there was an M program from Jamaica Center (E) to Jamaica Center (J).
I read somewhere there used to be a V from jamaica upper level to jamaica lower level program but I cant find any evidence of it. Theres a forest hills to jamaica center like this m program for the V line.

for example, if its at jamaica center on a trip to the lower level, the sign would say "JAMAICA CENTER" , but its already at jamaica center, causing confusion.

we're talking about Stienway Street but not why "Kosciuszko Street" is spelled "Kosciusko Street" in 9:32. Yes, I double-checked if it's wrong by looking at the subway map, and checked its Wikipedia page, and I can confirm it's spelled "Kosciuszko," not "Kosciusko".
That's the spelling the MTA has for kosciuszko st on their schedule strip map for the J/Z which is where I get the spelling. Regardless that name Is completely mispronounced because in polish(he's a polish poet) it's closer to kostushko
Do Weekday Updates on the A C and E lines
The 5 trains I had time to ride had the old announcements still. Same with the IRT. Hopefully in a few weeks itll be updated in more trains so itll be easier to record. I just dont have enough free time anymore to spend 2 to 3 hours catching the few updated trains
It's interesting that the M train displays "via Jamaica Av" instead of just "via Jamaica".
That's because it travels on Jamaica avenue for a good portion on the J line

I would have said, "This is Woodhaven Boulevard-Slattery Plaza" for the former & "This is Woodhaven Boulevard-Jamaica Avenue" for the latter.

@Team Epiphany Tyler The E is express on queens Blvd cuz and E is Local on 8 avenue it makes a bit of local stops on queens Blvd then goes express between forest hills 71 av and queens plaza then goes local on 8 avenue

This is just dumb no cap M from forest hills to Jamaica when u can transfer to the E for 20 mins or less
The M train could just go via the E line, and be a shuttle train to Jamaica Center

Tyshaun Brown-Todd The reason why the M goes through the City is the way the tracks are configured. On the Nassau Line, the tracks from the Williamsburg Bridge go south on the Nassau Street Line to Lower Manhattan, then reenter Brooklyn vía the Montague Street Tunnel. Past Essex Street, there is a two track connection that splits to go north via Chrystie Street. This then leads to the local tracks of the 6th Avenue Line. This then leads to the 53rd Street Tunnel and enters Queens through that tunnel. The M uses this tunnel.
Also, how would your proposed line look? What’s the routing it would take because I don’t see any tracks through Central Queens connecting the Myrtle Line to the E line along the QBL.
JeremiahC99 I dont think you understood what I said. What Im saying was the M could just start at Forest Hills and go via the Archer Ave Line making a total of only 7 stops to Jamaica Center

My definition of revamping the system is construction of three small connection:
-A two track connection under Spring Street between the Nassau Street Line and the 8th Avenue Line.
-A two track East River Tunnel connecting the Whitehall Street station with the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street station.
-A three track Tunnel under Jamaica Avenue linking Broadway Junction on the Fulton Street Line with the Jamaica Avenue El at Cypress Hills. The el between Broadway Junction and Cypress Hills on the J would be demolished.
