අද දින මා විශේස ආහාර වට්ටෝරු දෙකක් සදමි .මෙහී විසේසය වන්නේ සම්ප්‍රදායක ක්‍රමයට ගසෙන්ම නෙලා ගන්නා නැවුම් එළවලු බාවිතා කරමින් නිරෝගිමත් ආහාර වට්ටෝරුවක් සැදීමයි .

We have that flower too in the philippines wecall it katuray and its avegetable and can be eaten as salad and if not inseason its a very expinsive vegetables and the cassava leaves we also cooked it with coconut milk mix with either meat or sardines .we useually use pandan leaves when we cook rice and you cant help it eating too much because it really smell's good.
