I'm new to modding skyrim, and just need a little advise. I have many of the mods on this list and growing. I'm getting flickering when the camera moves on thin textures like the straw roofs and ground textures. It's almost like the LUTS filter or enb is switching on and off depending on camera movement, but what do I know? I've got a lot of the stability patches on this list as well. Without listing my 60+ mods, is there anyone that knows what's going on?
@snozz2004 it's almost like it's just flickering to a different filter. It almost like it switches to the original color palate when camera is still. Not everything, just the little areas in between thin textures. I was thinking maybe a parallax issue, or my enb...i have complex parallax materials, auto parallax, tomatoes parallax aio, and all required for those...I'm gonna try assorted mesh parallax fixes and see what that does.
@@tlehman0001 Try disabling the enb in game, if it still happens it might be an issue with a replacement mesh. I had a mesh bug out & would turn invisible when the camera was rotated

Edge UI looks incredible. It's on my list of mods to install when I build a new load order for an upcoming playthrough. Nice set of animation mods. All these mods look amazing.
Just wanted to stop in and say I am still enjoying the plug and play of Eldergleam. I live that I can leave Skyrim on the shelf for a week or more and just laps up to a lively game that brings back old memories. Thank you
Thanks for mentioning that you use eldergleam as a base modlist, I've been looking for something visually-focused to use with requiem and some of my other favourite mods. Nolvus is great there's only room for a handful of additional mods.
@@CaptPanda Just wanted to add that the models you showed in the comparison as vanilla in the before/after were actually DrJ’s and not vanilla 😅 Seems like you had them installed already. I know they are included in Eldergleam. Vanilla is even more 2D than what you showed lol

Skyfall's Blue Palace Courtyard is one of those that once you install, you can't play without. That ittybitty offset door has bugged me since I first played four years ago! Not anymore.
Btw Panda, you should have highlighted the Mod "Stave Churches Integration Project" by ArcanumWarlock too, because it's a really cool addon to it with more immersion (and more optional locations!)
I’ve had great looking thickets and dead shrubs for a long time. Pro tip use BOS to change them into other shrubs that you like, personally I use a mix of blubbo’s shrubs from the Blubbo’s whiterun mod and they’re dispersed all across Skyrim. I didn’t like any of the actual shrub mods
@@CaptPanda The only ones who tried are "Improved Horsestep sounds" and "Equus" but they are very old and not very god tbh... it's better than vanilla, but horses sound like small goats. Nothing as close as Bannerlord or RDR2 real heavy sounds
I'm honestly amazed with your eldergleam modlist. I don't know if there's a way to improve what is already perfect, but i hope you planning to make it even better. As i can see in the video mod community don't stop on one place and keeps amaze with those mods, which sparks the hope that's there is a room for new improvements. @CaptPanda this may be a dumb question but I've really only used vortex, other than manually placing the silent horizons 2 enb. Can you run 2 enb's and just have more selections in the settings? If not, Do I just manually place a different enb like I did SH2 and it'll overwrite all of SH2? Or do I need to manually remove sh2 before I do anything? Sorry if that's a dumb question. I'm learning
Nah foreal there’s like nothing for male characters ever. They got some of the most talented modders doing weird shit like sex mods when they could be doing actual revolutionary shit for the game but nah they make mini games for ostim

Upscaling is the dumbest thing ever. Games should be rendered 4x native, not below native lmao. And they could be if not for the horrible optimization.
yeah its a gimmick basically promoting scam, it would cause issues with windows and will likely cause more performance issues and might corrupt the physics engine of the game

just a little FYI : Dr Jacopo alreadu had done a Cathedral replacer for thickets. But Skyking's version is a great option too !

Have you tried switching ENB? see if the problem occurs.. if not then there's something wrong with the ENB preset you chose
