Use Excel's WhatIf Function to do a Monte Carlo simulation of Project Duration

In this video we will use the built in "WhatIf" function in Excel to carry out a Monte Carlo simulation of Project Duration. This is a simple means of carrying out a simulation that will manage the complexity of Path Convergence when analyzing the uncertainty surrounding your Project Duration.
