Yes Neville wheldons Chanel gives very close up and greatest of detail on the restoration to flight of Just Jane, I have been watching every one of his videos and they are very informative .
Hi from New Zealand,we have one in our Meusemn,Avro 683 B7 ,completed as NX665 just after VE Day,then it was Transferred to the French navy as WU13 then was giving to us as a memorial for Kiwis who served in Bomber Command ,it flew from New Calodonia to Auckland international Airport ,think it was set up as a Long range Maritime patrol for all of Frances sensitive Pacific Nuke Testing sites going on out there ,now its inside for generations to see ,pity they never kept it flyiong
I was there only a week ago when I was in Skegness for my holidays. Go see Just Jane at least twice a year and regardless of how many times I have seen her taxy, it never gets old
Iv been here as I don't live far from it I was an air cadet and it was brilliant to see her in person but I seen the air worthy one at RAF Coningsby aswell
Absolutely loved this video Wayne! I'll be adding the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre to my itinerary for our visit to the UK! I'm sure the video doesn't do the roar of those Engines justice!
I spent a VIP DAY here in summer 2018. It was so enjoyable I just wish that I was fit enough to repeat my day. Clambering inside the aircraft, especially climbing over the wing spar, took quite some effort but I was assisted by other "fliers". I can't recommend enough taking a trip here, especially if, like me, your parent/s were in the RAF during WW2. Well done to the organisers, staff and workers.
Wonderful video, Wayne. Brought back some great memories for me. I was very fortunate to take a taxi ride in Just Jane a few years ago, thanks to my wife, a real assault on your senses. What an experience.
Great video Wayne, I've visited the centre a lot of times over the years. You should try and visit on the airshow day, great day out. Hopefully Jane will be flying in 5 years time.
It's amazing to think when them 4 engines are running the amount of cylinders, valves!! etc all moving perfectly, I had one fly over me at the beginning of the woman's euro, just sounded amazing, to imagine many many many dozens flying over you in the war must of been beyond awsome (unless you were on the other side)
Great little video Wayne. Visited “Just Jane” at East Kirkby back in May 2000 on my first ever holiday with my kids. It’s great to see the progress they are making to get “Just Jane” back in the air! I have a picture of myself and kids in front of that trolly with the practice “upkeep” bouncing bomb on it. (back then it was positioned in front of “Just Jane” inside the hanger).
A Great place to visit, i have been in a Lancaster Bomber from the Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight Team as a good friend was a chief Tech on them about 30 years ago, and the engine sound when sat inside is amazing.
Hello Wayne, this is a very impressive video. I have so many really nice memories of the country. My mother took me to London during the school holidays when I was 11 and we saw and visited many things. When I was 16, the journey went along the south coast and a little inland. When we were 21, we went up the Thames with my girlfriend. Very nice experiences. Mother's dearest wish was a small cottage as a retirement home. Unfortunately she wasn't able to make it happen. I watch videos about GB and I am spellbound by your words because I love the English language. I think I'm still quite fit despite my age. Warm greetings from Dusseldorf/Germany Volker 🙂👍❤
Just wanted to thank you for posting this, I managed to win the raffle back in Halloween in 2009 to have a taxi ride. Something I'll never forget. I still visit regularly, and no matter how many videos I see of Just Jane, I'm still awestruck by her.
spot on ; that was excellent ; subscribed to their you tube channel to follow this restoration over ten years to full air worthiness ,good luck to them all it would be great to see this excellent plane flying again . thanks again for posting
Would be interesting to find out more about the Spitfire being filmed. Also been following Neville`s videos of the restoration. JJ features in a netflix documentary about Bomber command forget the exact name of the documentary. Some neat close up of Just Jane!
Hi wayne the most haunted group I think visited this airfield or another airfield there were three who managed to escaped to freedom I went to the imperial war museum in london and saw the copit of the lancaster
Great video the wife bought me a ride in just Jane for this year but I got bitten by a spider last October and was rushed into hospital in Feb after a cardiac arrest had to have a quad bypass and an icd fitted so missed it as I could not drive for 6 months roll on Friday back in my car
Hey Wayne. I was in the U.S Marines so I really appreciate this tour. As always you have done a great job. I also trained with the British Royal Marines when I went to Norway. Got a question do you ever go and see some of the sites where WW2 events took place? Just asking

A great reminder of the pleasure that I experienced during a taxy run in Just Jane in September of 2023, courtesy of my wife Jane.
I have learned quite a bit from this video thank you so much for sharing your experience with me and everyone else.

Interesting rotoscoping effect on the propellers, were you using some kind of high speed shutter?
It was just set to 60 fps

I have only really been to places in the UK. My brother in law often visits Normandy
Great Video thank you. Subscribed.
It sure took some courage during WW2 to fly to Germany in the night in that beast, knowing the odds for survival.
Will she fly again? that's the big question...
What a great little video!
