I have flown a lot throughout my life. I flew Frontier on two legs of a trip to and from the west coast a few years ago. Never again. I have never seen a group of more abusive employees at the gate and on the planes in my life. I saw two employees at the SD airport scream at people asking simple questions. Each employee screamed, "I DON'T CARE!" Then a flight attendant was glaring at everyone on the plane as he slowly closed the overhead compartments. Every few moments he stopped to threaten to throw anyone off the plane who did not follow orders the first time. The planes were half empty each time and everyone was chill.
Frontier actually charges extra for the extra row. They don't ask for volunteers like other airlines. Found that out for myself when I tried to sit in the empty exit seats
Airline pilot here. The reason for the shitty customer service is because the gate agents responsible for ticketing and boarding the plane do not work for Frontier. They are airport employees and the airline is forced to pay for their contract services.

How do you know that? The attendant claimed he wouldn't respond. That is clearly BS. He's responding in this video after the incident and they're still determined to kick him off the plane
@@venom_lowrider A flight attendant approached the emergency exit row passengers, as is standard, and asked them to verbally confirm their willingness to assist other passengers in case of an emergency. Khabib didn't understand what he was being asked. The flight attendant repeated the question multiple times, explaining that if he couldn't provide confirmation, he would need to be reseated. Khabib eventually grasped the request and reluctantly answered "yes," but the flight attendant insisted it was better to move him to another seat. The flight attendant's manager was called over and asked Khabib several times to change seats. A Russian woman seated nearby defended him, but the manager explained that since the flight attendant had doubts about Khabib's ability to assist in an emergency, it was best to move him to an identical seat elsewhere and reassign his current seat to someone else. Khabib objected, saying it wasn't fair and that he wanted to stay in his seat. The manager asked whether he would move or if they should call the supervisor. Khabib repeated that this was his seat and he intended to stay. The supervisor eventually arrived, and Khabib was escorted o1 the plane. His friend followed him off as well.
@staison999 once again, how do you know the manner in which the flight attendant spoke to him? You have provided zero evidence, whereas there's a video of him clearly communicating with the other staff. His English is fine. I've been on many flights and have seen that many times the people in the exit row are immigrants. You don't need to have a doctorate in English to assist. Other passengers defended him. I saw the longer video. They said the flight attendant was speaking too fast and unclearly. You have automatically taken the side of the airlines, which has every motive to excuse their BS. The woman clearly just didn't like him for whatever reason and in the video she even says his removal is "at their discretion". And it's clearly their discretion is discriminatory.
As a flight attendant, it should be your call, and yours alone, to decide if that passenger in that emergency seat is capable & competant to assist in an emergency. A civilian with no real knowledge or understanding of what might be required in an emergency situation, and does not work for the airline, and is not employed by the airline, should have no say in who should or shouldn't sit there. If concerns arise, a simple 15-30 second, two way conversation with the subject sitting in the emergency spot, (as he is a paying customer who should be treated and respected as such) to determine for yourself as a person of authority on the aircraft, should happen. If the passenger(s) still didn't feel comfortable with him in that seat, after the flight attendant has made their decision that he is both willing and able to assist, then they are free to leave the aircraft.
Wasn’t it that he was asked by a FA and didn’t respond, then that was the manager tell him to leave? I’m pretty sure he was always offered to move seats or be on a new flight.
What I read was she asked if he would help in case of emergency like they always do on emergency rows. He didn't understand it for the first few times until someone next to him or somehting explained it but by then the flight attendant didn't feel comfortable with the level of his english. Then the next option was move seats or be escorted out, he refused and said thats his seat so they escorted him out. Not defending it but understanding the context it makes sense and is way less of a wild story.
So this is how it works: When the flight attendant asks if you can handle yourself in the exit seat, the answer has to be a clear and understood "yes". Any other answer, combined with ANY inability to follow instructions, means you have to move.
There was a Korean man near those doors on American Air. The flight attended asked him if he is capable of opening that door. Well, while she was talking he was little bit busy and didn't hear her. He asked her politely to say it one more time. Then she got real upset with him and told him to move. He said nicely that he just didn't hear her well. He had a Korean accent but you can tell he spoke very well but that lady was not having it. She was so rude to him and kicked him out of his seat and moved him.

Khabib: "Who give you belt?"

I’m assuming it takes a little longer to upload?
Paradise at the end killed me!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
mark normand is the king of tags but also cant stfu when a video is being played.
Syabas to khabib for his calm, polite and grace in handling that situation. Shame shame shame on frontier airline and staff. Racist company and staff.
Why is this not on RUclips??? The full podcast...
i know thats so dumb
They play copywriter music numerous times and drop a lot of jokes that would get it banned off youtube
Why did they make him get off the aeroplane and not to the crazy lady who had the objection against him.
RIP Frontier Airlines! 🕊🕯
I love how calm Khabib was during all this nonsense.
it always these mfs who are capable of violence are the chillest
As a Russian. That hole they put all the liberal women in, is funnier than any bit Joe ever had in one of his specials.
Russian women are great.

She was surely unaware about who he was, but that was not the best way to tell someone to move to another seat without explaining.
Imagine telling the eagle he cant fly 🦅🦅🦅
He got told to switch seats, he didn't want to so he took the next flight

Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Karen Jobsworth 0 - 1.
the lady asked him to switch seats and he refused though
Plain simple: when you asked that question - You answer clearly and with confidence. He did not.
How do you know that? The attendant claimed he wouldn't respond. That is clearly BS. He's responding in this video after the incident and they're still determined to kick him off the plane
@@venom_lowrider
A flight attendant approached the emergency exit row passengers, as is standard, and asked them to verbally confirm their willingness to assist other passengers in case of an emergency.
@@staison999that’s a load of supposition
@ BS is to mumble when they ask you whether you’ll be able to assist in case of emergency and refuse to switch seats because of that.

Yea he drives a Toyota with a 50 cal on the back 🤣🤣
“It’s just business”
- Flight Attendant
So this is how it works:
When the flight attendant asks if you can handle yourself in the exit seat, the answer has to be a clear and understood "yes".
Joe gets the mentality and high standards of Khabib. The way he said "that guy doesn't waste money, he drives a Toyota man". Respect Khabib!
