That's how big deal it is and how expensive to live a simple but comfortable life in the UK.

Good thing you did not choose a new build. Houses built before 2005 are more robust with better quality materials and workmanship. You would be surprised that a new build house would have more issues than the older ones (check out people’s horror stories on it) plus they now have estate charges as if you’re a leasehold whereas older houses are adopted by the council.
This is not true. New build houses have definitely less maintenance costs. Compare the electrical wiring, cladding, moisture issues, foundation piles and plumbing among other many things a 50yr old+ house has compared to a newish build. And also, his house is 16yrs old so it is definitely not classified as an old house.
Paniwalaan mo nalang yn sinasabi mo. Yn ang mga sinasabi ng mga d kayang bumili ng new build house. D mo na nga kaya bumili ng new build maninira kapa sa mga new build houses. Lol.
I suggest: Yung guest room ang main bedroom mo. Tapos i connect mo sa pink room to be your walk in closet. Yung room sa first floor doon k nlng mag office nd vlogging. Yung bedroom with cabinets guest room nalang kasi mashikip.
