Love this example of a self-prez 1! I can totally relate. So nice to see kindred spirits who are really wanting to not only identify behaviors but to let them go as well! It's tricky for 1's because the need to self-improve is a constant companion. The path to true serenity is sometimes paved with messiness! I have found that self-compassion is the key. When I let myself off the hook, everybody else gets off the hook too! Thank you Bea and Uranio for this transformational information! 🥰

I don't find many warm people , I feel like most are social or sexual? Also online group meetings with our own type would be so helpful, do you run these? thank you
