Heeseung’s switch from chest voice to falsetto voice at the bridge, WOW. As someone who’s been singing for years I have lots of respect for him. Its really challenging to switch and sing in falsetto especially when your dancing but he managed to pull it off. I’m proud of him.
If there will be official positions in Enhypen, Heeseung would most definitely be the main vocalist and Jungwon the lead vocalist. They deserve it. Their vocal techniques and qualities are really good.

Heeseung no doubt is a great vocalist, there’s no need to debate. But these days we rarely heard him singing live maybe because of his stamina? It’s totally okay to lipsync with a choreography as hard as theirs. Of course he wanted to give perfect performance because there’s no substitute for dancing meanwhile for singing they can get help from back track. But it’s very normal and I know he can still improve, they’re still rookie after all. He’s not singing live doesn’t change the fact that he’s a great vocalist.
Yes definitely he can sing, and he is rookie and he is tired, but he is the main vocal, he needs to focus in that too apart of dance. Ni-Ki and Jay are trying more and they are the dance line. He needs to be confident and practice brings confidence.
And if he always sings with a hard choreo + busy promotions where they are so tired and they barely sleep, + the lines have a really hight pitch , his voice will be damaged
Heeseung voice is undoubtedly one of the best in the 4th gen kpop main vocalist I feel he is having trouble in his vocal from the D-D debut because you can observe he is not singing much in the fan slots(mostly a line) which is less than previous fan slots.So please engene support him we actually need to brag him as enhypen's powerful and main vocalist infront of other fandoms.He is the powerhouse of talent who is best in everything(best all rounder center).He is the person who takes care of the rest of members better than staff the members themselves said this.Nobody can find a person like him and I am very proud of his talent and his character
Heesung is so great here. I think in recent videos maybe he is unable to sing because he has strained too much during initial drunk-dazed lives. Hopefully he will get back into form again and able to rest his voice. I think the choreo for boy groups are getting ridiculous with extreme jumping and even singing on the floor. This is borderline abuse to the singers especially Heesung and Jungwon that always gets the longest lines while doing jumping choreo in the center. The choreo should be toned down in future comebacks.

Not an engene but want to say that heeseung is one of the powerful vocalist of 4th Gen kpop groups.I love his vocals and his techniques.I watched i-land fake love performance of him his stable vocals and high notes with such a tough choreo us not at all easy need to say he is not only a main vocalist but also a power pack of all talents
This is what I noticed with enha. Unlike the other groups, when their part comes, they would limit their movements or just stand still while doing gestures to keep the stability and control of their voice. In other words, they would focus on singing their line and wouldn't dance the choreography as much. (Nothing's wrong with it cuz they need to breathe and perform well yk) While enha tend to give their best, even when it's their turn to sing. They give their all with dancing which is performance-wise and that is normal and understandable to appear a lil bit shaky sometimes. But this performance is gold. They're a rookie but look at them being stable and hitting those high notes!

drunk-dazed choreography is extremely difficult, especially when theres a lot of popping and big movements. they are probably going thru physical difficulties along with their packed schedules, so let's try to understand.
They're always doing their best to give us such a great performance so it's understandable if they miss their lines but they still insist by singing this live trying their best to be stable (and they are). I love how these boys loves us, the energy and effort they give to us are just too much.
After watching all the videos of enhypen i can confirm jay & jungwon is the most stable but it's really impressive how jungwon usually get the hardest part which is difficult to sing live especially the d-d surprise me alot and for jay he mostly sound stable but he have very few lines also ni-ki got very least lines but he always manage to sing it all I'm sure after more years they're gonna become more better and professional

Ikr in other videos you can see they were just literally waiting to bash him in the name of engenes and so called constructive criticism they just forget the legendary time and wait for the time when hee is in some problem to drag him but that cannot change the fact his is the power house of vocals and main vocalist of enhyphen and one of the best kpop main vocal line
The thing with companies sometimes is that they over work certain vocalist ( be:lift with heeseung) with ad-lib, background vocals and forgetting that it can be strenuous for that member sometimes which is why the company should let other members do it in some songs. Be:lift did well not assigning positions to the members which is why it's not always the same member who sings more than the others and each member get to take the center position, each member get to rap a little, each member get to be visual, each member get to dance. They're a group for a reason, so the company should not over work just one member, or just market just one member and I think they wanted to do that in the beginning but didn't follow through because they saw how every member excel well in every category and every concept.
I had a very high bar of vocalist I can say this main vocalist guy I think his name is heeseung passed the bar and joined with TXT taehyun and treasure bang yedam in 4th gen idols his vocal command is very good looking forward for his vocal cover of any song
Here we can see that Heeseung can sing live and dance. Only in the other performances he just didn't sing because he didn't want to, but he can. This is a clear example.

The titles "Hidden ace" and "Ace" was given to them since pre-debut (i-land) but I personally think that they're an ace regardless whether hidden or not. I mean the word is already there. I mean dancing with that energy, these vocals are more than passable. I’m amazed with Heeseung, Sunoo, Jungwon and Jay but that’s to be expected with these monster. But really, JAKE MY GOODNESS, that voice is a miracle. The control in his voice is great too!!! Overall, they are really great. Even attempting the falsetto notes(which are not great given the situation) while killing the dance is an absolute power move. I know they can do it well singing stationary.

only stable vocals are jay (maybe because he has less lines?) and jungwon (he surprised the most tbh). the others are not bad, I appreciate heesung among them the most, but even he has some hit and miss XD

Ikr in other videos you can see they were just literally waiting to bash him in the name of engenes and so called constructive criticism they just forget the legendary time and wait for the time when hee is in some problem to drag him but that cannot change the fact his is the power house of vocals and main vocalist of enhyphen and one of the best kpop main vocal line
The thing with companies sometimes is that they over work certain vocalist ( be:lift with heeseung) with ad-lib, background vocals and forgetting that it can be strenuous for that member sometimes which is why the company should let other members do it in some songs. Be:lift did well not assigning positions to the members which is why it's not always the same member who sings more than the others and each member get to take the center position, each member get to rap a little, each member get to be visual, each member get to dance. They're a group for a reason, so the company should not over work just one member, or just market just one member and I think they wanted to do that in the beginning but didn't follow through because they saw how every member excel well in every category and every concept.

Stop comparing Heeseung and Jungwon please. I have been reading the comments and it's really not a healthy conversation. The titles "Hidden ace" and "Ace" was given to them since pre-debut (i-land) but I personally think that they're an ace regardless whether hidden or not. I mean the word is already there. They do amazing in what they do and that already proves they're an ace. I suggest that you read the dictionary for the meaning of the word "Ace".
Don't tell me that an Ace is different in the dictionary than in K-pop. Cause you just might as well write your own dictionary.

I mean dancing with that energy, these vocals are more than passable. I’m amazed with Heeseung, Sunoo, Jungwon and Jay but that’s to be expected with these monster. But really, JAKE MY GOODNESS, that voice is a miracle. The control in his voice is great too!!!
Overall, they are really great. Even attempting the falsetto notes(which are not great given the situation) while killing the dance is an absolute power move. I know they can do it well singing stationary.
