I have union bank Visa debit card , PayPal confirmed my bank account but the card was not confirmed by paypal it tells that . Your card is still linked with paypal but you cant use it purchases until you confirm that you are a owner idk plss fix this problem

Final reply from Paypal Assistant - Formatting issue incorrect Value Entered. Please check your card details and try again. But everything is fine with me. Tell me what can be done.
