I've read this book twice. It is utterly shocking what a Royal Marine candidate has to go through. It is extremely well written.

I got the book.....pretty good actually. Some really good insights and disciplines worth taking note of. I know he didnt explain himself the best here, maybe not the best speaker, but the book is definitely recommended

Yeah the book really provides great insight to the mind of someone going through such a tough selection process. It feels so raw. Great book
