    Sponge cake :-
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup caster sugar
    5 eggs
    1 teasp vanilla essence
    Bake at about 160C for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean..
    Mango purree :-
    1 big mango
    Blend it in blender
    3/4 tbsp gelatin powder dissolved in 2 tbsp water
    3/4 tosp icing sugar
    Combine all above mentioned ingredients n cooking low flame for about 2-3 minutes
    Set aside
    Frosting
    1 tetra pack whipping cream
    1/4 cup icing sugar
    1 tsp yellow food color
    Beat it together
    Mango chunks of 1 big mango for FILLING..
    Assembling :-
    Let sponge cake cool (better to refrigerate overnight while wrapped in a cling sheet properly )
    Make 2 halves of cake
    On 1st half spread sugar syrup properly (for sugar syrup cook
    1/2 cup sugar in 1 cup water n let it cool before use)
    Now spread mango purree n mango chunks
    Now spread prepared whipping cream thoroughly
    Now put other half n press it gently
    Spread sugar syrup
    N now spread whippcream n do a crumb coat n put in the fridge..for about half an hour
    Now do icing n make drips n garnish with mango slices
    N refrigerate for about good 3-4 hours before serving..
