For a long time banks didn't increase in SA interest and FD interests were not very attractive as a result people now are less interested in FD or Recurring investment and more less people are interested in keeping their money in SA. Within a year now interest rates will come down drastically & it will hv positive impact on share market. Due to expanding of our economy market trend is positive & that is why inflows by DII’s is increasing. Point is u hv to do 360 degrees analysis before giving any comments like ROI etc are not attractive. I am experienced banker worked @ senior position in treasury department. I think you people got it wrong ,RBI's policy is about removing food inflation from headline inflation as food inflation is due to supply constrains.
