On the view shown on US TV, it appears that Saliba doesn’t touch the ball. But now I’ve seen other angles where it’s clear that Saliba heads she ball first. Never a penalty
But regardless, it's never a foul in any other area of the pitch. Drop ball, sure. But a foul? Like a clash of heads? We never had a chance with our style of play but this is just hitting us on the head with bat while we are trying to fight barehanded.
The summer transfer window has been a tumultuous period for Arsenal, especially concerning Mikel Arteta's pursuit of an offensive target. Arteta's comments about Raheem Sterling being a last-minute option signal a deeper issue: the failure to secure his priority target, which remains undisclosed but was clearly critical to his vision for the team. This situation raises questions about Edu's role and whether he adequately supported Arteta's meticulous plans. Arteta is a highly intelligent and organized coach, known for his strategic approach to building a winning team. He has effectively constructed a solid back five and strengthened the midfield, ensuring that young talents like Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli receive the necessary support. The addition of Kai Havertz as a versatile false nine showcases Arteta's commitment to innovation and adaptability in his tactical setup. Throughout this process, Arteta has remained steadfast in his commitment to Financial Fair Play (FFP) guidelines, emphasizing the importance of maximizing every transfer window as part of his five-year project. The offensive department, particularly the need for creativity, was clearly identified as an area in need of investment. It’s implausible to believe that Arteta would have solely targeted a player like Calafiori without considering more impactful options. This indicates a significant breakdown in the transfer strategy, likely stemming from Edu's mismanagement. Arteta is a driven winner who demands excellence. The rapid progress Arsenal has made under his leadership, closing the gap with Pep Guardiola's dominant Manchester City, underscores his capabilities. The notion that the club wasted the summer transfer window is not just a simple oversight; it reflects a failure to align the club’s ambitions with Arteta's vision. While Arteta remains loyal to Arsenal, guarding the club's reputation amidst these challenges, it's clear he is frustrated. The decision to pursue Sterling was likely born out of desperation rather than a true alignment with his plans. Arteta's intelligence and strategic acumen should not be underestimated; he knows the potential consequences of subpar acquisitions. In conclusion, Mikel Arteta deserves unwavering support from fans and the media. The scrutiny he faces overlooks the complexities behind the scenes, particularly in the transfer dealings. He is not merely a coach; he is a visionary dedicated to transforming Arsenal into a formidable force. Any notion that he is to blame for the summer's shortcomings is misguided; rather, it is a reflection of a broader systemic failure within the club's management that must be addressed. Bhavs. Let’s hold the defensive for Mikel during this trying time. He’s our only hope to get this team out of a mess, and I know he will. Exactly Arsenal is playing beautiful nonsense always passing the ball around in the back slowly, wasting a lot of time before throw in, playing as if nothing is as take no fighting spirit. The truth is that Arteta is being stubborn and confused if not he should know that kai Havertz and martineli aren't good enough to lead Arsenal attack, Arsenal need a quality striker and winger that's fast and skilful this January but first week of January transfer market Arsenal is wasting time to bring in quality players to improve the team it shows that Arsenal isn't serious about winning the league
@ rices free kicks seem more like geniune set piece preparation not time wasting but I can agree with the throw ins but they are more like 30 seconds not a minute long
He will. Lets not forget he is still new and got injured in his first training session. He looks quite decent but its hard to bench players like Rice & Partey when they're playing well
Cut him some slack mate, barely played 10 games and gone from a mediocre Spanish team straight into a title challenging premier league team. He hasn’t lit it up, no. But he’s not done badly
Look let's not mess about, Arteta's plans do not include an overpriced striker and there's no such thing as a drop-in replacement for Bukayo Saka. Dejan Kulusevski is no Sol Campbell but he's pacey and industrious, he's a left-footed right winger, and he's an attacking midfielder. For £45M no one fills our most immediate need and provides cover for Ødegaard when Saka returns. Poaching Sp*rs' best player is just a bonus.
Even in the amateur ranks, we were encouraged to pass ASAP. You'd ged ripped by coach if u carried the ball towards ur teammate whom you will pass to like especiaaly Rice does. That's coz by the tym you pass, the opposition are also descending on ur teammate to close him down since u basically led them there plus coz u are also now in close proximity, u r not available for return pass. Either ur team loses possession frm there or its forced to play safe pass backwards. We have move ball faster, try more penetrative/risky passes in reasonably scenarios
With all due respect Martinelli is a finished winger. Nwaneri is the only ball carrier, or transition player if you like. We need two new wingers, who are ball carriers and one spot on striker
@@willowz6 😀😀Guy, I have said it since the end of last season and more emphatically this season that Martinelli right now has exhausted all he has in his tool box. He should be loaned out if anyone still believes there's any talent left. Trossard needs to start off the bench with max of 15mins left.
Partey has been consistently injured during the last 2 seasons before this one so i dont understand the narrative that we are bad or the team falls apart without him.
We cant play balls up to the attack because only Kai Havertz is good enough in the air, and we don't have fast tricky ball carriers, the closest we have is Saka, so we rely on overloads and passing our way into scoring positions or set pieces, we need an explosive ball carrying winger preferably two footed and a center forward whos not only clinical with his feet but very good in the air
Raphael leao....Victor oshimen and niko Williams....3 explosive offensive players.....thats exactly what we need explosive front players to put fear in defenders....
after watching bruno last night at the manu vs liverpool game i realised how much merino and odegaard are currently lacking. every single Man united player was a baller except their striker who couldn’t put it in the net. Our team is way too controlled like fifa just passing it around. I really hate this style of play Arteta is forcing down the players’ throats.
You are speaking facts, Bruno was given deadly space and he used it well. We need that type of threat in our squad. A proper 10. Cunha could play well in this position.
Problem is not just getting a striker, we're too slow going forward makes us predictable, we have the ball in the midfield but players like Rice would rather run with the ball than release any free winger to start something instead they wait until the winger is crowded then they pass him the ball. that's why people say Liverpool are lethal because that long ball sets Salah 1v1 with his marker and he's definitely going to beat his man, when we're always attempting that pass from White to Saka against Liverpool i believe everyone is going to see a new level of Saka
How is he the problem of Arsenal you Muppet..He is one of the few that speaks the bare truth , not like these Top gooners. It's just You that are happy with this mediocre BS .. Or maybe you started following Arsenal only a few years ago. 🤡
Let's stop messing around and activate a killer forward's release clause in Jan. I'm talking about Gyokeres or Osimhen! If we're a serious club, we'll do something like that. If we're not, we'll either sign no one or someone that'll do jack all like Coman or Sane, just as with Sterling!
@joemarron5515 A winger who can play CF will be better. Arsenal will not panic buy. They'll most likely go after sesko in the summer, but for now it's a winger and a ten.
These guys just cry striker striker like this it is the early 2000’s football has changed a top striker is not the most important thing in arsenal right now we’ve scored 3 more goals than man city this season so far and they have a world class striker, also liverpool is currently 6 points ahead who is their world class striker? What arsenal is missing right now is a left side attacking winger and a left side ball carrying midfielder, and a good replacement for saka because martinelli won’t cut it and trossard should be taken back to the bench he keeps proving why he doesn’t start and I honestly think if we subbed him on with Odegard around the 60th minute he would’ve been more impactful
Just remember Henry was a flop at Juve before he moved to Arsenal. I will try a loan with an option to buy though, we more legs for the number of games ahead
Taking off Nwaneri was the change in our game 😭 Martinelli didn't come to do anything. And then why are we time wasting in the first half? Our team has zero urgency.
Muani would be terrible for Arsenal. He won’t be able to revitalise himself there. Arsenal need a top class striker that’s suits their playstyle e.g V.Gyokeres, V.Osimhen, A.Isak, L.Openda
Love for the Love Bhavss, hoped you have had a great Xmas/New Year coming in!....We gotta be mindful how we do business in this window, we can't snatch at additions for the reason we're a bit short. The following summer transfer window we got to have funds for the big additions. Hopefully we pull out another trossard style winter signing to at least benefit us short time and help win us the league. Lets hope we don't put our chips in for us to fail come summer.
Despite the ref awarding the penalty we really played like shit. Sure the penalty changed the game but if we're a serious club we should be able to score more. Cant remember the last time we played free flowing football week in and week out. Partey playing as a RB imo was what fucked us up. His absence from the midfield was greatly felt
We allow teams to settle in a low block. It’s part of our tactics. I can’t understand why we don’t make runs in behind and play early through balls and crosses. Not utilizing Martinelli’s pace at all.
When we try to sign a player, they sign a contract extension immediately, but jump ship when chelsea or man City go for them (even newcastle now). I don't see us signing anyone big tbh. We don't have that ruthlessness in us especially when it comes to transfer market. We have one of the biggest fan bases in the world yet act like a small club especially in transfers. We might sign someone from Europe and another washed up player on loan from Premier League (Rashford/ Emi Buendia/Evan Ferguson/ Christopher Nkunku, Joao Felix etc). We r exactly where the owners want us to be at challenging without actually winning anything. Had we signed a proper backup like kudus before he even went to West ham, we wouldn't have had to see Saka like this. I'm worried for his career tbh. Hamstring at this age is a bad sign.
3:44 I think it’s always seeking to get the ball into a congested box might be the problem. Arsenal need more long range shots/shooters and go for more long passes to counter quicker. Arsenal are very one dimensional at the moment. Imho
I am absolutely terrified for the Newcastle game, we are playing them at a horrid moment for us meanwhile they are in amazing form. We really need players back and a bit of good fortune.
Said it before and I say it again. There has to be some kind of retribution for calls that are this bad. VAR is supposed to make the game fairer, but it’s not.
Whats the essence of analyzing all these players like we did in the summer when Arteta won't sign any of them, but will go and look for another Chelsea reject on deadline day 😂
we back to 21/22 problem, Arteta keeps on changing players, today he plays Rice, tomorrow Merino, the other day Jorginiho, partey these changes after our team play connections. we also lack resilence and the threate we always posed. upfront we are very bad, I'm worried
The transfer manoeuvres that I'd like us to make right now as punts to test the waters and see what happens, would be a £40-45M max offer to Chelsea for Mudryk, along with a simultaneous £50-55M max offer to Juventus for Vlahovic. Otherwise we just bite the bullet and activate the £85M release clause for Gyokeres and be done with it.
Aiming for mid players, the Arsenal board must be expecting mediocre results at the end of this season🤷🏾. Raheem Sterling was a insulting addition to this lovely squad. It's actually quite sad that these group of arsenal players might end experiencing what all these past arsenal squads have faced. Refusal to upgrade on squad thin postion and instead purchasing medicore cheap players. Seasonal problems which leads to the same result... no trophy at the end of the season. No ucl trophy no premier league trophy. A heartbreaking cycle that might lead to people like saliba leaving the club
@@joemarron5515and replace. Use the brain you were born with. Anyone would take sheer numbers over no upgrades. But the kroenkes wanted to break even so arsenal challenge with a thin squad the one year city are off it.
We were shot shy during the whole game and we had very little flair in the first half. But even when Brighton made it 1-1 and we bought on Odegaard, we seemed to have lost what flair we did have. We're lacking an attacking midfielder who'll pick up the ball and run at the oppositions defence and put them on the back foot. We're lacking wingers who'll go past their defenders. And we're still lacking a _REAL_ striker who'll take more than 4 shots per game. And a striker who'll be told by Arteta that they shouldn't come any further back than the centre circle. *On Omar Marmoush.* If he was so good, why didn't anyone buy him in the summer? Go and look at his stats. He's 27 years old and he's playing well now. _But he's done bu99er all previously._ But he's not afraid to take shots. Which is something that no one else in our team does. But I'll ask you this. *Name me one player who's been brought in the January transfer window that transformed his new team and helped them win the Premier League?* *#COYGsince66*
Arsenal's main attacking problem and lack of goals is not their frontline, it's their style of play. Just as they defend with eleven players they should be attacking with eleven players. Did you see how good Man U looked today because they played with intensity and aggression? Arsenal has the same problem that Man United has, we play without aggression and intensity, we are too slow. We are not direct enough, and make too many unnecessary passes, especially in our own half. All those side to side and back passes are counterproductive, it makes the opponent grow in confidence like BHA did. Added to that, we don't take enough shots on goal. Once Arsenal correct these things we will win basically all our games, and by a high margin. Arsenal looks to me like a child playing with their food, and I have to blame that on Arteta because it is not an isolated thing, it has become a pattern. The next problem is the squad is too thin, we need to get at least 2 players this month, my choice would be Marmoush and Gyokeres, two quick and aggressive players. I hear a lot of people saying that Izak would score loads of goals if he was on our team but I am not 100% sold on that because Newcastle never has to face a low block. Haverts could probably score the same amount of goals as Isak if he was playing for Newcastle. It's apples and oranges to me, I will judge Izak after he plays against a low block.
This is the most insightful comment I read about Arsenal today. Yes a missing striker is a problem, but a far BIGGER problem is our style of attack which is not aggressive, not creative and not direct. We're mostly hoping for corners.
@@isildur7 It says that we fear loosing more than we want to win. It's football with fear, which is never good. When you see players going to the corner flag instead of trying to score and when even our throws are always backwards it tells you all you need to know.
Arteta was given a lot of money to pay for forwards but the only forwards he bought was Jesus , trossard and havertz , in fact havertz was bought as a midfielder so basically on 2 forwards in 3 yrs
For me it's like Arteta said himself said, signing a player isn't going to win us the League. I feel even if we sign the most lethal striker and still not win anything. It's all about transitioning from defense, to midfield and into attack. We're slow in building attack , too much passing in the final third and not direct on goal. We're so good at passing but we don't know how to kill games. We can beat everyone but our manager is more concerned about tactics than winning games.
You can't play all teams with the same appoach. Arteta must be able to adapt especially if the tactics are not working. Change tactis according to the game. We had an entire summer to bring in serious re-enforcements but we went for a reject in Sterling.
1:24 Injuries happen all the time it's the planning ahead aspect that the manager has failed to address. You can't say it's not his fault for not planning anything or finding solutions. It's legit in his contract to manage. Which means to manage this team regardless of the situation. Accountability must be had. The depth is not good enough simple as and it was under his watch.
Arteta has the same problem that Wenger had. They have a perfect plan A, but when that doesn't work, they don't understand that they need to try something different, like a plan B or C
I absolutely concur. Sometimes I just have to exit his video because I cannot understand what he is saying. He speaks much too fast. It's not a sprint race.
At the end we sign no one or a bench warmer. Make the sign for a world class player or accept the lost season. But then use the season to build up the young players..
How about shooting from outside the box. Learned that before high school ball. No one wants to take a shot. When Partey did take a shot in the previous game, Jesus scored off the rebound. Is this the players or Arteta who opt not to shoot?
We are are STILL not ruthless enough....but we are still in it, its not yet mathematically unreachable, and until then, we should still fight tooth and nail. This game just highlighted that we need to sign another attacker in January
I think we are totally fine when our players are fit. I don't even think our squad is too small. Teams dont buy 4 players per role, otherwise they would have a 44 man squad. Partey even did okayish at RB i guess. With White, Timber and Tomiyasu all out we are just very very unlucky. You cannot plan for that. Obviously our performance drops if our starting 11 consists of 3 players out of position. Jesus is a good sub but should not be starting at striker if you wanna win the league, Havertz's role is the tip of the diamond so we desperatly need another out and out striker. League is over this season! I'd give everything in the championsleague and try again next season now. Aiming for the Quadruple next year tho... Keep your heads high, we cannot keep being as unlucky as we were the last 2 seasons.
I can remember, at the beginning of the season, when you and your colleagues on the Cannon Podcast said that Arsenal have real squad depth this season. I thought then, how silly that sounded. Now you are admitting it. OK, illness and injuries are piling up right now. But Arsenal haven't ever had quality backup for key players like Odegarrd and Saka. Also, the lack of quality in depth is tacitly admitted by Arteta with his team selections. Numerous commentators and pundits have expressed concerns about the workload imposed on these players by the lack of sufficient rotation among key players. Now the effects of that are being felt with the injuries piling up as a result.
If Newcastle start a full strength squad on Tues we are in big trouble for the cup. We have no attackers and they are in good form. I really want some silverware this season, but it's not looking good for us right now.
If the fans can be a bit realistic about the team this season, then well know that Arteta has been doing wonders with the amount of injuries we've had so far to key players this season. No team in the premier league would've survived it! I'm not sure defending Arteta. All I'm saying is, before we criticize him, let's look at the team's problem.
After the game, we can explicitly see what Anthony Taylor was trying to do. Firstly, he booked Ethan Nwaneri while he was deemed to have taken too much time to take a corner. It does not make any sense for any team on the ascendency to waste time during the game. Anyway, Arsenal is a much superior team compared to Brighton so it does not make any logical sense for them to deploy such tactics at that juncture of the game. Judging from Nwaneri's performance, Anthony Taylor knew that the youngster would careen them to another victory. In order to stop him from doing so, he booked him. This would force Mikel Areta to sub him out of the game for fear of a second yellow. As recent history has shown that Anthony Taylor is certainly capable of that. Secondly, that awful and ridiculous penalty decision by Mr. Taylor. He was virtually next to both Saliba and Joa. I am very sure that he has a clear view that Saliba touched the ball first before colliding with Pedro. Even if he has missed it due to sudden assumed visual issues, the VAR should inform him of that. Yet, it took just 3 seconds for the VAR to allow the goal to stand. I am absolutely sure that the VAR officials up there never bothered to check all angles of the captioned before making the decision. Once again, this demonstrates to us that the PGMOL is all out to make sure Arsenal does not get all 3 points. For whatever reason or reasons behind the scene, only the PGMOL has the answers. By now, I also believe that most of the Arsenal fans have all learnt that for us to win the league is an almost impossible feat. We have to be a million miles ahead of everybody in the league because we also have to overcome the PGMOL's intervention. My personal advice to our fans is that we should just assume that we are actually better than Liverpool this season. In actuality, we have beaten Manchester City to the title during the last two seasons, after adding back all the lost points due to the PGMOL.
Our team is attack blunt. Apart from Odegaard we don't have any valuable attacking midfielders. We miserably need a proven striker. Why not try to get Victor Gyokeres. We can't win the EPL trophy with this kind of squad. We are too thin coupled with injuries. Now that Liverpool has bottled it's a chance for us to press on and narrow the gap.
Why did Arteta put together a formidable defensive force only to not rely on it by playing more direct, attacking football? Signings alone will not fix the issues with this team. We have a 6'4 giraffe in the box and we rarely put the ball on his noggin when he's playing, why? Especially when that avenue gave us success at the start of the season. When Jesus is playing, why do we not play him through the middle when he's often making runs off defenders? How many times have we seen a pass on and Ødegaard take touches and knock it to Saka or whoever is on the wing instead? Why? Why do we press with intent, yet simultaneously have almost no transitional threat? Why do we waste time and play slow on the ball when we're at our most dangerous when we move the ball quickly? Arteta rarely seems to have a plan B, and I don't particularly love plan A. He plays like he is scared to lose. Liverpool play like they want to win. In the game against Brighton, they were the ones who looked like they were challenging for a title at 1-1, not us.
I've said it since the beginning of the season We won't win this year's premier league Arteta is not a trophy coach He thought he knows it all Over sabe coach The problem is not with other teams having big squads or available players It is us not winning our games that we are supposed to but relying on other teams which is ridiculous
Please, you guys in the media should call these BS out. But instead you always say, I don't want to blame the incompetence of the PGMOL and their referees. I think you're part of the problem. If it were to be the player(s) or manager (s) who are making these costly mistakes you'll all be screaming over roof criticizing them. You've a role to play in making this beautiful game be better 😡😡👂
The attack has literally been toothless this season. The lack of creativity in this team is shocking. For sure we have injuries, but come on, we have enough in the tank to play better than this. That’s for sure. Not a chance in million years was that a penalty. If this happened ANYWHERE else on the field, play would’ve continued and if the player still stayed down, then the game would’ve been stopped to allow the player treatment. Shocking decision. Verified in 3 seconds is a joke.
Bhavvs ngl u cant say Arteta doesn’t have nothing to do for the fact that we don’t have players on the bench .when he was giving £700m + and signing the likes of havertz
Nwaneri is not a good example about poor reffing. I was shouting at the TV for the kick to be taken because he was blatantly time wasting. The penalty was NEVER a penalty
That penalty decision was absolutely ridiculous! By now we have been robbed of more points than I care to count. That said, it wasn't a great performance, even after the injury situation is factored in.
We have an attacking problem which the so-called coach knows about but will do nothing about it Marteneli is just an average player for the past two seasons If you cannot bring him back as a coach then sell him One of the ways to bring a player back to form who has lost his form I'd by benching him and letting him fight for his place If it doesn't work then sell him I love marteneli so much but now I don't want him in my team This is a business, if he doesn't perform, you sell him The best person to manage (coach) that Arsenal team is me Because I have great passion for the team I know how to win the league with just inclusion of few players Rather than Arteta who is afraid of some teams like Everton, Liverpool, Chelsea, man city, Aston villa, Brighton, fullam, Brentford and Newcastle He's just lucky to win these teams but looking at his tactics he's pretty much afraid of them to be honest
We fcking don't need Kolo Muani, Kubo, Cunha & Malen! What we need are pacey wingers like ANTONIO NUSA OR GITTENS.... who can actually take on players; assists, score and are very unpredictable.
On the view shown on US TV, it appears that Saliba doesn’t touch the ball. But now I’ve seen other angles where it’s clear that Saliba heads she ball first. Never a penalty
That's what I'm saying
But regardless, it's never a foul in any other area of the pitch. Drop ball, sure. But a foul? Like a clash of heads? We never had a chance with our style of play but this is just hitting us on the head with bat while we are trying to fight barehanded.

That attack in the second half was damn tame, also we're wasting time when we're drawing??????
Nwaneri and timber tend to do that time wasting bs but the rest of the team doesnt
@@nosymfthe rest of the team absolutely does. Rice w his 2 minute free kicks, Cala n Partey w their minute long free throws
@ rices free kicks seem more like geniune set piece preparation not time wasting but I can agree with the throw ins but they are more like 30 seconds not a minute long
Doesn't mean is a pen. U guys are unbelievable!!!
I haven’t witnessed merino demonstrate any of those characteristics since joining he needs to step up
Hyped up to oblivion. Mid at best.
Please. Kolo Muani? Spare us. Please spare us. Get serious and get a serious forward.
I 100% agree!! 👍👍 Arsenal FC is NOT a charity!!
100% no to kolo
Koloa Muani = Eddie Nketiah 1.0
Look let's not mess about, Arteta's plans do not include an overpriced striker and there's no such thing as a drop-in replacement for Bukayo Saka. Dejan Kulusevski is no Sol Campbell but he's pacey and industrious, he's a left-footed right winger, and he's an attacking midfielder. For £45M no one fills our most immediate need and provides cover for Ødegaard when Saka returns. Poaching Sp*rs' best player is just a bonus.
And who is the serious Forward right now that is Available in the market
@@orinamicedric5733 but martinelli scored a goal the other day, so he must be back! 😂
@@willowz6 😀😀Guy, I have said it since the end of last season and more emphatically this season that Martinelli right now has exhausted all he has in his tool box. He should be loaned out if anyone still believes there's any talent left. Trossard needs to start off the bench with max of 15mins left.
@@willowz6back my ass!... He's a finished player. He has no talent left in him. We need quality wingers, attackers and a striker

How come the coaching staff can't see it?
Blame Timber for picking up yelllow cards for time wasting
@@lawrencehutchinson5673Sith Leao and Osimhen we’d COOK
Well said.I think Kubo has the potential to trouble any defence so i dont mind him.
Even when we want to pass to score, we should release the ball faster
Nmeri is eplosive and carry the ball well bt our team is always only moving the ball around
after watching bruno last night at the manu vs liverpool game i realised how much merino and odegaard are currently lacking. every single Man united player was a baller except their striker who couldn’t put it in the net. Our team is way too controlled like fifa just passing it around. I really hate this style of play Arteta is forcing down the players’ throats.
lol lets not hold United as the highest standard. They regularly drop stinkers
You are speaking facts, Bruno was given deadly space and he used it well. We need that type of threat in our squad. A proper 10. Cunha could play well in this position.
@@myeyeshurt5566the same squad still drew a game against Liverpool. Arsenal did the same.
@@yandanimbobosi2575I think its cause Odegaard operates as a deep playmaker in the 8 role, so yes we are missing a proper ball carrying 10
Lee Gunner is the problems of Arsenal, calling the players terrible names while milking Arsenal every week muppet.

A striker is not the solution.

If arsenal is thinking to sign Kolo

Nope.

Taking off Nwaneri was the change in our game 😭 Martinelli didn't come to do anything. And then why are we time wasting in the first half? Our team has zero urgency.
He got injured and is lost
Ethan’s hurt man😢
Muani would be terrible for Arsenal.
Who else believes right could play at left back instead of Partey when timber or BW are injured. That would give us a lot more control in midfield🧐
@Bhavss14 it’s obvious you’re down with a cold but your sheer determination to provide timely information is commendable keep it up bro
The problem is we got no finisher we need a striker that will score goals
No way in hell are we signing mudryk

Aiming for mid players, the Arsenal board must be expecting mediocre results at the end of this season🤷🏾. Raheem Sterling was a insulting addition to this lovely squad. It's actually quite sad that these group of arsenal players might end experiencing what all these past arsenal squads have faced. Refusal to upgrade on squad thin postion and instead purchasing medicore cheap players. Seasonal problems which leads to the same result... no trophy at the end of the season. No ucl trophy no premier league trophy. A heartbreaking cycle that might lead to people like saliba leaving the club

They are good players but not at the same level that we need.ESR has had a lot of injuries and Viera is not pulling up trees at Porto.
*On Omar Marmoush.*
If he was so good, why didn't anyone buy him in the summer? Go and look at his stats. He's 27 years old and he's playing well now. _But he's done bu99er all previously._ But he's not afraid to take shots. Which is something that no one else in our team does.
But I'll ask you this.
*Name me one player who's been brought in the January transfer window that transformed his new team and helped them win the Premier League?*
*#COYGsince66*
Omg when u wrote out the attakers mikle has brought in its abismal. Defo needs to change if we are gonna win silverware
@@gerardb172 Agreed. And I think we regressed big time on this aspect. We were bolder than this last two seasons
@isildur7 Yes, we were, and that is what makes it most disappointing.
Arteta was given a lot of money to pay for forwards but the only forwards he bought was Jesus , trossard and havertz , in fact havertz was bought as a midfielder so basically on 2 forwards in 3 yrs
The distance between Arsenal and winning any title is Benjamin Sesko and Niko Williams.
We need someone to take long shots from outside the box instead of trying to get the ball into the box as teams know our approach in the attack
Need a RW and a striker
What happened to one touch footie? Creativity? This boring swing the ball wide, sit back on 1 goal leads play is horrendous
I swear if we sign another midfielder over striker this January I’m done
A relegation striker?! And not another Brazilian PLEASE!!!

Arteta Out
Kroenke Out

You can't play all teams with the same appoach. Arteta must be able to adapt especially if the tactics are not working. Change tactis according to the game. We had an entire summer to bring in serious re-enforcements but we went for a reject in Sterling.
It’s Merino’s first season. He’s going to need time to get to the level. The signs are promising, we should give him the time.
Luv the updates, but pls speak a little slower for some of us to get you clearly 🙏
I absolutely concur. Sometimes I just have to exit his video because I cannot understand what he is saying. He speaks much too fast. It's not a sprint race.
So from now on, i want to see all clash of heads to be given as freekicks.
At the end we sign no one or a bench warmer. Make the sign for a world class player or accept the lost season. But then use the season to build up the young players..
With what I learned .. the Club is not doing anything this window.. the board is okay with all happening right now .
How about shooting from outside the box. Learned that before high school ball. No one wants to take a shot. When Partey did take a shot in the previous game, Jesus scored off the rebound. Is this the players or Arteta who opt not to shoot?
We in here!
We are are STILL not ruthless enough....but we are still in it, its not yet mathematically unreachable, and until then, we should still fight tooth and nail. This game just highlighted that we need to sign another attacker in January
We need worldclass signings. Players that will improve our squad immediately especially with Saka injured.
Coman or Kudus.
coman? the guy was out for ages lol
Koman is hospital fc
Kudus will be too expensive and is not entirely better than what we have
I don’t know who we really need. I would buy marmoush and Cunha or Delap which is good and I think it would work
Randal Kolo Muani is another Yaya Sanogo.Get serious striker. We don't need Nunez type of a striker. If its Muani don't sign anyone.
We need a Striker, an upgrade on Martinelli/Trossard at LW and a Odegaard backup! We need at least one forward this January!!!
I think its utter madnesses that we aren’t talking about gyokeres, we clearly need goal scorers
Baleba impressed we should go for him. His a star
If Newcastle start a full strength squad on Tues we are in big trouble for the cup. We have no attackers and they are in good form. I really want some silverware this season, but it's not looking good for us right now.
We should get Ademola Lookman and the Egyptian if we can convince both of them to come, we are good.
ARSENAL TEAM NEED TO GET THERE GAME RIGHT and stop drawing back instead of pressing forward , this is a team effort not a one man squad
Arteta to sell martinelli and start Jesus on the wing
Mamoush is the answer
We have been talking about signing forwards since I found this page in 2022/23 season and yet we haven't signed a single forward. I am tired 🤦🏾🤦🏾
I've said it since the beginning of the season
We won't win this year's premier league
Arteta is not a trophy coach
He thought he knows it all
Over sabe coach
The problem is not with other teams having big squads or available players
It is us not winning our games that we are supposed to but relying on other teams which is ridiculous
I think we should go for a cheaper option in this winter window
The attack has literally been toothless this season. The lack of creativity in this team is shocking. For sure we have injuries, but come on, we have enough in the tank to play better than this. That’s for sure. Not a chance in million years was that a penalty. If this happened ANYWHERE else on the field, play would’ve continued and if the player still stayed down, then the game would’ve been stopped to allow the player treatment. Shocking decision. Verified in 3 seconds is a joke.
I honestly dont understand why when your team is in a relegation battle why you would choose to stay there over going arsenal
More draws than last season and an even bigger gap from the league leaders. It's safe to say it's over for Arsenal.
What has happened to Martinelli? It seems as though he's lost his speed and his ability to create havoc in the final third.
Bhavvs ngl u cant say Arteta doesn’t have nothing to do for the fact that we don’t have players on the bench .when he was giving £700m + and signing the likes of havertz
What happened to the Gyokeres move?
Nwaneri is not a good example about poor reffing.
I was shouting at the TV for the kick to be taken because he was blatantly time wasting.
The penalty was NEVER a penalty
If we're been serious. We would be going after players like Ademola lookman, Nico Williams
You will find more depth on a park bench or a bus stop bench than arsenal's bench...
I would love Jobe at Arsenal. Enough of these has been "I can save her" signings. Lets get some young potential world class talents in!
Rashford (for cheap), Leao or Williams and Cunha.
That penalty decision was absolutely ridiculous! By now we have been robbed of more points than I care to count. That said, it wasn't a great performance, even after the injury situation is factored in.
Indonesia think it's the players that's the problem more the tactics we are too slow in transition too many touches and not enough risk taking.
Osimhen and Davies. Obvs not gonna happen but a club like Chelsea could pull it off if they wanted to
We have an attacking problem which the so-called coach knows about but will do nothing about it
Marteneli is just an average player for the past two seasons
If you cannot bring him back as a coach then sell him
One of the ways to bring a player back to form who has lost his form I'd by benching him and letting him fight for his place
If it doesn't work then sell him
I love marteneli so much but now I don't want him in my team
This is a business, if he doesn't perform, you sell him
The best person to manage (coach) that Arsenal team is me
Because I have great passion
for the team
I know how to win the league with just inclusion of few players
Rather than Arteta who is afraid of some teams like Everton, Liverpool, Chelsea, man city, Aston villa, Brighton, fullam, Brentford and Newcastle
He's just lucky to win these teams but looking at his tactics he's pretty much afraid of them to be honest
I'm about to sleep then boom bhavs 😢😢tomorrow I'll be late for work...😢😢
Nwaneri DESERVED to be booked
I put it down to immaturity

Mikel needs to stop being obsessed about winning duels all over the pitch but go back to basics that is to play football, attack and score goals.
We fcking don't need Kolo Muani, Kubo, Cunha & Malen! What we need are pacey wingers like ANTONIO NUSA OR GITTENS.... who can actually take on players; assists, score and are very unpredictable.
