@@DoodleDogPrimitives Wow it worked! Just did the back beam so far, will do the front as well. I ordered the 5-star stud knobs from amazon (1/4 inch - 20, 2 inch long) they have the screw attached already to the star knob, kinda cool. I used GE Silicone Glue to hold those extra nuts or whatever they are called in place. Wow that makes it SO MUCH EASIER! You are amazing, thank you so much again. Dressing my loom for the first time here!
How has this been working for you? I have shoulder issues, so I would love to be able to easily remove the front beam since I prefer back to front warping. Would it work to caulk the nut in place before removing the original screw? What did your husband use for that?
Love the cat!
THANK YOU!!!! I just got a 1983 Baby Wolf loom and I really needed this video! Going to the hardware store tomorrow!
You're welcome! I think you're going to love the loom!

You're welcome
i did this on my gilmore. sooo much more comfortable to thread.
I am happy to hear this worked on another loom also.
Does you husband recommend “removeable” caulk such as DAP Seal ‘N Peel? Other types I see say they are permanent so I’m not sure what to get.
He said he doesn't have any experience with the Seal 'N Peel caulk.
@ what was the caulk he used? Does he have a recommendation?
@@cheriberi934Something like this would work nicely. a.co/d/iCSBb53

@@cheriberi934 Yes, he said that would probably work better than the way he did it. It works well for me. Happy weaving!
Great thank you for posting this video!!
What type of glue or calk does your husband recommend to secure the nut?
@@cheriberi934 Something that will remain pliable and easy to take out if you should ever want to remove the nuts - silicone caulk.
Thanks!!
