Can I just take a moment to say how big of a life saver Matt is to me? TW: suicide.
I was thinking about taking my own life last night. I wanted to watch one more video of Matt Rife before I ended everything, something in that specific video of the girl who quit going to school because she started having suicidal thoughts, spoke to me and I decided not to do what I was about to do. Something about that video saved me, saved me for good. I still think about suicide every day of my life but I know if I do end my life, I will never meet Matt and have a hell of an experience at his show. It's the little things that matter and that keep you going on life. No one has to fight alone, no one should. I am here for everyone who is in the same headspace as me. My heart truly goes out to you
