Taking the video at face value, i interpret the video to show two people who grew up together, but their relationship became toxic for both of them. They were terrible for each other.
It's about toxic relationships and child abuse. He was 16 and she was 9. She was 11 when he turned 18. He understood things more than she did. She was also unable to learn other things for a long time because she was with him all the time.
She definitely says her lines are about child abuse and having “inappropriate” love given by an adult, aka love is not sexual then later realizing that love is unacceptable, showing how much damage child abuse sexual or physical can do to a kid and how long it takes to realize/recover if ever. However the till lines are about his own abuse going up and his own age changes, not in relation to her story.

I really don't know. A Greek couple thinks it's a toxic daughter/father relationship. But he would give his heart to his daughter. Blood would be thicker than water. I don't know. 🤔But I still think the song is very good.
