After spending a few weeks in the busy areas of Canggu and Ubud, we decided to visit Sidemen to find a more peaceful and relaxing environment in Bali. Despite not planning to do this, we ended up making custom rings, and little did we know that doing so would become an unforgettable and cherished experience we will always remember.

As Balinese, I love the nature in Sidemen. I hope sidemen developed well, not overcrowded like canggu. Because even as Balinese, its hard for me to find the nature as beauty as Sidemen.
We wish the same. We know that tourism is important for the island and the people of Bali, but Canggu is just too overdeveloped. Sideman was gorgeous and untouched. Such an incredible place. We also really enjoyed Munduk as well!

Oh wow! Yea, we can’t believe how some people behave in countries that have different cultures than their own… people wearing swimsuits to temples and cultural/historical sites, etc. Wild.
We aim to learn about the cultures of the places we travel and hope to be as respectful as possible whenever we are in other peoples home countries and cities.
If tourists are not wanted or welcomed, we would never want to impose. ☺️

We were in Bali for a month and mostly ate at local places. Nasi campur and babi guling is our favorite! You’ll see us eat more locally in the next two videos. 🥰
