- On July 1, Dinesh Karthik was signed as a mentor and batting coach for RCB, and on August 5, he was made the brand ambassador for SA20. Additionally, Dinesh Karthik is set to become the first Indian player to join SA20. He will play for Paarl Royals as an overseas player in the new season starting on January 9.
