Hi Judy! Just binged your first two videos. You like cross stitch and are a DM and you hoard fabric - best! That P. Buckley Moss piece is stunning. Looking forward to your next video!
Hi Judy! Your hair is so cute! I hope your root canal feels better soon. Congrats on FFOing February. Your groundhog is so cute. I love your floss tubes so far and your personality that comes through on the videos. Nice progress on your Skating piece. Nice patterns. Happy stitching.
I hand wash/soak my completed pieces using a mild "Free & Clear" laundry detergent in cool to luke warm water. I'll also throw in a Shout brand color catcher if red thread is in the design and I think the color might run. Two 👍👍 for recording this video during post root canal discomfort. I hope you feel better soon also. . .great haircut!
I also knit so I have wool wash. It works and it's no rinse. The P Buckley Moss charts are beautiful! Really enjoyed seeing them. Hope you feel better.
I love the Amish style patterns. It makes me think back to when life was so much simpler. I’ve washed all my finished projects with dish soap and never had a problem.
Simpler, true, but I am a fan of modern medicines. ;) Hilarious to say this as a RUclipsr who is terminally online, but we could all probably do with less tech in our daily social lives, though.
I have heard that we are not supposed to wash our cross stitch if we use the fancier overdyed threads. But with a DMC project I’ve just used an organic liquid soap. I like your videos, you are a natural in front of the camera.😊
Hi! Just found you! Love your January! The scarf is great!! The lone skater looks so sad...ha I use Luke warm water with Dawn dish soap for end threaded projects. Worked great on a project with weeks dye works in cold water too! Hope you feel better by now...I know how it feels...that was me two weeks ago but mine was lower back molar. Hang in there and happy stitching! Love your natural hair color!! Now I have to go watch number 1. I'm in Colorado.
Our groundhog saw her shadow, predicted 6 more weeks of winter and it’s been nasty weather ever since 😢. I like your hair, gorgeous colour as it is, but lots of us go through the dyeing phase. Lovely stitching.
Judy love P Buckley Moss also! By the way your hair looks great. I too have natural curly hair so you kind of have to embrace it because its going to do what it wants...lol. Hope you are feeling better soon. Hugs!
