love your videos and your energy .Just a heads up for future castle visits. I don't think you were supposed to climb over that barrier/railings lol-they are there to restrict access usually because its dangerous lol🙂
It's amazing the amount of human labour that went into building these castles. Every one of the stones would have been manhandled numerous times before they were actually set in place. No telehandlers, no JCBs, no artics, no premix concrete, no CAD and no laser levels, just a lot of human grunt.
You have had a packed day that day. I was outside the castle one evening in 2005, and I don't remember it being open at the time, so thankyou for giving me the view inside, after all this time.
Doune castle, somewhat north and a bit west of Edinburgh, was used for a lot of the Holy Grail python filming. A right proper castle it is (not a model) and the audio thingies that take you around have python people adding commentary.
I lived just over the water in Kintyre, the little ferry that takes you over from Lochranza to Claonaig used to be a favourite day away for my wife and I.
That is truly the most strategically-placed shite I have ever seen, Eddy - just waiting to catch the white trainers of an excited child - or could it be placed so that an escaped prisoner goes skiting off into the arms of the waiting guards...?? I'm no expert in these things, but sheep normally lay chocolate covered sweetie sized pellets and so, if a sheep did THAT, I sure as hell don't want to encounter it in a dark night...!! Your head for heights must be improving by the way - but tell me, would you really have climbed through those bars on the first staircase had you not met these people coming back through them? I'm not sure I would have...!
Morning Eddy McCheese just heard Big Bosun Lawal is joining Birmingham city on loan great young player for us he is Irish Nigerian you are in for a treat he's good🍀🏴
glad you enjoyed your time at the castle ! I cannot believe the low lives that allow their dogs to download all over the place _ Disgusting !! No bad dogs though - just bad owners with low social standards.

Ain't that the truth. They'll still be standing long after most of the flimsy, cardboard structures we have today.
Really enjoying your Scottish adventures 👍
More to come 🥳
Great channel ,scotland is beautiful 😍
It really is! 🤩
Nice one Eddy, Arran is so beautiful. So glad you didn't call the castle a church!
Thanks lol

So Eddie, your videos are awesome, dude. I'm planning to go September for a week or more
You should definitely go. You’ll have a lovely time 🤩
@Eddycheeee I like the way you portrayed Arran and having an honest opinion. That video in Karen's diner creased me up.
Lucky no one told Eddy earlier about the infamous ghost of Lochranza Castle ... 👻 👀
👀👀
Another awesome video 🫶🏻🩵🙏🏴
Thank you 🤩
What a beautiful place with so much history 🧲👍⚓️
Lovely castle 😀
I hope you manage to get to Stirling Castle.
That was smashin` Lol.
Eddie remember when people were warning you about Glasgow, how do you feel about those comments now? A wee Q&A night would be ace my bro 💚🏴
Scotland in general is such a peaceful place 🥳
@@EddycheeeeMostly, yes. Like anywhere though there's places where it's dangerous. A lot less than there used to be though.
A great tour through the castle! Thanks!
Sweet wee video Eddy, much love, take care.
Thank you 🤩
Should check out Stirling castle and start a castle count with Scotland Ireland Wales and England
Wales would win, over 600.
@@scottneil1187 Scotland has over 1.500

Suppose it depends on the feed, I'd imagine the sheep there are eating wild grasses, plenty of moisture unlike the dry feed they normally subsist on.

Is that your first?
Just another 499 to go!

I'm not certain, but I read there are wild deer round about the area, so it could be that.
The Deer on Arran wander down from the hills, it was probably one of them.
That was sheep crap mate. Also, I've met plenty of bad dogs with nice owners. Sometimes they're just born bad.
💩 Hey Eddy! Remember me ... from Lochranza ...? 😁
What a beautiful place with so much history 🧲👍⚓️
