If I do dressing with betadine liquid at the pin site...then there is no infection ...but if I use dry sterile gauze ...then there is something yellowish liquid woozing from the pin ,also there is some pain.why should I not use betadine liquid?
Usually don't see that problem. But if it is, no harm dressing with betadine. Occasionally, patients have had allergy to long use of betadine, so prefer dry sterile gauze.

Very much confusing
They are taught in the ward same way as in video. Pin site dressing is done by patient, not doctors or nurses.
Is it okay to clean pin sites holes with 10%w/v iodinated betadine solution after cleaning with Hydrogen peroxide
Yes. But we try to keep it as simple as possible. And in the large majority, cleaning with boiled and cooled water works as well.
