Game Warden Roy Rogers is sent to investigate mysterious blasting explosions in a fish reserve hatchery's lake. Dale is the scientist who works there. After it turns into a murder investigation, they try and solve the mystery of the dynamiting and bring the racqueteers to justice!

This was filmed in Chatsworth area of the San Fernando Valley, as were a number of other of Roy's films and his TV show. Santa Susana Pass links the San Fernando Valley with Simi Valley.

What a shame no one could find a complete version of the film. TV execs really mutilated his body of work.
