The beginning parts with the cello really remind me of certain blood elves themes from the Burning Crusade expansion in WoW or even the crimson hall theme from WotLK expansion and I love it ! And when I first heard the parts that start at 1:38 and 2:18 I totally fell in love with this track.
If you mean just uploading the ost to listen to, you just can't monetize it. If you wanted to use it as background music in a video I'm pretty sure that's ok.

Yeah, this is my favorite from the shimmering frontier biome. Though I like all 3, this biome is truly so good.
