    Serves 4-5
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Ghee 3 tbs
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 5 cloves
    -Mutton kaleji (Liver) 500g
    -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 3-4 medium
    -Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 6-8
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
    -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ¼ tsp
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1-2
    Directions:
    -On a griddle,add ghee & let it melt.
    -Add garlic,mix well and fry until light golden.
    -Add mutton liver,mix well & fry on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
    -Move mutton liver on one side of the griddle.
    -Now add tomatoes,green chillies,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
    -Add salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander seeds,mix well & cook until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes).
    -Now mix cooked mutton liver with tomatoes and mix well.
    -Garnish with green chilli & serve hot.

    Ajza:
    -Ghee 3 tbs

    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1-2
    Directions:
    -Tawa per ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden huay tak fry ker lein.
    -Kaleji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Kaleji ko tawa ki ek side per rakh dein.
    -Ab tamatar aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
    -Namak,haldi powder,zeera powder aur sabut dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram ho jay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
    -Ab cooked kaleji ko tamatar ka saath ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Hari mirch sa garnish ker ka garam serve karein.
