It's because they're a rookie group. Like there is no rookie group that does not have bad comments. Although JJ Project has been in the industry for 4 years now, as they are in GOT7 they're viewed as rookies so the comments just come. But the good thing is negative comments/news are viewed a ton so it's getting them popularity. Plus GOT7 really are talented and if JYPE works hard on them this year they're going to top things because it's most likely going to be a rookie group year battle as all top groups were super busy last year
Firstly, views don't mean anything. GOT7 only has more views because of JYP stans. Secondly, fan chants are normal, that doesn't mean they are SUPER popular, it only means they have a group of hardcore fans going to every event they participate in. Thirdly, appearing in variety shows doesn't mean shit, look at groups like LABOUM and CLC, they appear on variety shows but they are still nobodies.

It's because they're a rookie group. Like there is no rookie group that does not have bad comments. Although JJ Project has been in the industry for 4 years now, as they are in GOT7 they're viewed as rookies so the comments just come. But the good thing is negative comments/news are viewed a ton so it's getting them popularity.
Plus GOT7 really are talented and if JYPE works hard on them this year they're going to top things because it's most likely going to be a rookie group year battle as all top groups were super busy last year

Secondly, fan chants are normal, that doesn't mean they are SUPER popular, it only means they have a group of hardcore fans going to every event they participate in. Thirdly, appearing in variety shows doesn't mean shit, look at groups like LABOUM and CLC, they appear on variety shows but they are still nobodies.
