Not sure I like the song really. People change people in relationships all the time, especially true are women controlling their men , basically from day one to days end....these are just the facts of life. A family man changes from a self interested snoot into an all suffering provider for his wife and kids, and the same is true of the woman as well who changes into a more giving version of herself---but because she is a woman, has less distance to travel to that ' woke ' place.
