technically, katie isn't under YG, she is managed by AXIS which is a label that was started by a YG director! but because of this, YG decided to be the main distributor for this EP, but her other releases are distributed by AXIS :D she was the winner of KPOP Star season 4 and all her music is all in english i believe. she's a very gorgeous vocalist

Yes! Katie is one if my favorite artists and this is one of my favorite songs! You need to listen to the EP that came with it, every song is incredible.

And I think they are starting to make a name for themselves as an Entertainment Agency with Korean-American musicians. Also the YG director who was the one who made AXIS used to also work with WINNER and if my memory is right he was also the one who helped name WINNER’s fandom, INNER CIRCLE. Oh btw this song was supposed to have a rap part from a featuring artist but that rapper got into a drug scandal and his part was edited out of the song just before release.
if you like unique vocals i highly recommend seori. she’s a soloist that just debuted last year and she’s SO talented and unfortunately VERY underrated (her videos get views but her fanbase is incredibly small in comparison)
