- As the years go on, the mistakes keep on coming with Overwatch...
Especially with bringing out a whole new game with the promise of a story mode/ open world feature... Just to go back on it.
Leaving Overwatch 2 being the exact same game, however making you need to buy the skins, and just making it 10x harder to obtain a skin for free...
Overwatch 2 holds the crown of the biggest backstabbing game/developers in modern gaming history...
Taking out all of the fun of Overwatch, and making everything paid, so the higher ups can make even more money, completely BACKSTABBING the consumer in the meantime...
I hope the gaming community will learn to completely boycott companies who try to do this, because other companies will look at what Overwatch is doing and say:
"Well Overwatch got away with it, and they are now making a lot more profit... yes it may be at the expense of the players, however if you look at the numbers, they kept like all of their players... SO LETS DO IT TOO"
It is truly heart-breaking for the people that have been playing Overwatch for a long time, as OW2 is everything OW1 was, other than the fact that you have to pay for anything good now... Rather than a fun grind which was the reason why OW1 was SO DAMN GOOD!!
I hope you enjoy the video... and I hope you can give Paladins a chance... A smaller game than Overwatch but, it has ACUALLY STOOD BY its community for all of these years.
And IMO it is just as fun as OW2 with every champion actually being INSANLEY BALANCED.
0 Meta champions... 100% enjoyability :)

tbh new maps at good pace is a lie, we need new maps on Paladins for sure. Still the problem with paladins right now is the matchamking system in ranked where unranked new players are in Grandmasters, Masters and diamond lobbies. Also balance isn't great and in casual, being a free role game, it gets too unbalanced and not fun most times cuz of that. Theres also the Afk problem too where 3 in 5 matches are matches with bots on your team.
Once this does not happen, the fun is there for sure.
well the casual situation is just peak times, if you dont have all of the roles on your team... i have not played ranked since i have came back to the game, but because of the causal 4 role situation, im sure it would actually be better gameplay. i also feel like the maps are fine... i feel like it they were to being out a new map, i have a feeling it would be some dead terrible map that i would hate

no matter how much content you release, if its bad content then people are not gonna play it

Well... Paladins needs new players, and it is okay for new players, but the devs have made horrible decisions on the past too. They are on a good track right now, though, to be fair.
Ever since I have came back to paladins, I have been genuinely loving it!!
@freddie048 I never quit, and I love it, but some of what has happened was really sad. There's some hope they'll slowly, gradually improve the game now with the new team, if anything, they are sticking to their claim of being a "game as a service" company now. While some former teams didn't seem to listen and communicate with the players at all, the current one does.
I love Pala, but Hirez doesnt want to invest in the game no more for some reason, each year they shrink the budget more and more, so sad
